Taking the quality policy of the USC as a reference, framed within the deployment of its strategic plan, the Faculty of Pharmacy prepares its policy, marking the development of training programmes as its main objective, which are guaranteed by a quality management as a key, strategic element to establish a commitment of maximum effectiveness with our stakeholders.

The Faculty of Pharmacy’s mission is to contribute to the comprehensive, quality training of professionals of recognised quality and prestige, committed to the health and well-being of people, in an academic environment that promotes the generation and application of knowledge under ethical principles of gender equality and sustainability.
Vision
The Faculty of Pharmacy of the USC wants to contribute to society’s progress by offering quality teaching and undertaking advanced research, in accordance with international requirements, to meet the needs of society, aspiring to be recognised as a reference centre not only nationally but also internationally in all its activities.

This Faculty of Pharmacy wants to be recognised in the university and social context for undertaking training programmes that guarantee the best and most appropriate training for its students, which respond to the demands of the labour, technological and research buyer, which strengthen the conditions of professional development appropriate to its teaching, research and service personnel and which account for the investment and optimization of its resources.
Likewise, the Faculty of Pharmacy directs its efforts towards fully satisfying the needs and expectations of all its stakeholders and, in order to do so, it is committed to using all the technical, economic and human resources at its disposal; always in strict compliance with the applicable legal requirements, at regional, state and European level.
For all these reasons, the Faculty of Pharmacy is firmly committed to guaranteeing its quality and establishes its policy in accordance with these principles:

- Excellence: the work of this Faculty is carried out with the aim of achieving the excellence that the principal models of university quality and the main recognised Schools and Faculties set out.
- Transparency: This Faculty bases the management of its training programme on transparency in its results and the dissemination of these to its stakeholders.
