The Department includes 5 areas of knowledge (Nursing; Medicine; Preventive Medicine and Public Health; Psychiatry; and Radiology and Physical Medicine) which total 165 teachers and researchers who carry out academic work in 12 degrees, 4 double degrees, 11 master's degrees and 6 PhD programmes and participate in 14 research groups.
