- Working modes at high vacuum (HV), variable pressure (VP) (10Pa -400Pa) and up to environmental pressure (EP) (3000 Pa) with W or Lab6 illumination sources.
- Possibility of sample hydration and temperature control (-30, +50 °C) by Peltier plate.
- EDX microanalysis (129ev and WD 8.5 resolution), qualitative and semi-quantitative: chemical element distribution map and concentration profiles of a chemical element between two points.
