The X-Ray Unit is dedicated to the study of structured systems with short to long range periodicities (0.5-1000 Angstroms). Experimental capabilities are available to carry out single crystal studies (determination of crystalline and molecular structure), crystalline powder (phase analysis, high resolution, crystallinity), low and medium angle scattering and diffraction (SAXS and WAXS), reflectometry (XRR), etc.
