Microscope with confocal and multi-photon spectral system.
- Excitation lines: 405nm, 458nm, 476nm, 514nm, 561nm and 633nm.

- Simultaneous acquisition of up to 3 detection channels for fluorescence and reflection, and one channel for transmitted illumination.
- Advanced Time-Lapse series acquisition for FRET and FRAP applications.

- Three-dimensional reconstruction.
- 2D and 3D co-localisation analysis.
- Physiological measurements.
- A posteriori separation of fluorochromes with overlapping emission spectra.
- Reconstruction of surfaces, topographical measurements and roughness parameters (according to DIN EN ISO 4287).
- Possibility of working in epifluorescence mode with image capture with the Leica DFC 350 FX camera.

- Scanning of ROI Scan regions of interest with the possibility of using independent excitation wavelengths in each ROI.
