Spectrometer with 17.61 T magnetic field (750 MHz 1H resonance).
Avance-NEO console: Equipped with 3 radio frequency and deuterium channels. Z-axis PFG gradient. High power amplifiers of 1 Kw, 1Kw and 500 W. Waveform generators for selective pulses. VT temperature control. It has a cooled autosampler for 24 samples for NMR in solution experiments.
Control software: TopSpin 4.0.x under Linux CENTOS operating system.
NMR in solution
- PA-TXI-HFCN (1H-19F/13C/15N) NMR in solution probe with automatic tuning and matching system and z-axis PFG gradients.
NMR of solids
- Probe for biosolids Fast-MAS HCN 1.3 mm for NMR of solids. Three channels 1H/13C/15N. 1.3 mm rotor. MAS rotation up to 67 kHz.
- MAS rotation speed from 5 to 67 kHz.
- VT temperature control from -10 to 80 °C.
- T3 3-channel 1H/X/Y radio frequency probe for solid matters with X and Y tunable over a wide range:
- 1H: Frequency range (1H to 19F).
- Medium: Frequency range (31 P to 79 Br).
- Low: Frequency range (27 Al to 15 N).
- MAS rotation speed from 3.5 to 24 kHz.
NMR of semi-solids (HR-MAS)
- HR-MAS probe for semi-solids for 4 mm rotor with a sample volume of 12 or 50 ul. It has two 1H/13C radio-frequency channels with auto-tuning and auto-matching system and deuterium lock channel. It has PFG pulses (gradients) in the magic angle and automatic shimming capability.
- MAS rotation speed from 1 to 15 kHz.
- VT temperature control from 5 to 70 °C.
