The Department comprises 3 areas of knowledge - Astronomy and Astrophysics; Earth Physics; and Applied Mathematics - which have 27 teachers and researchers working on subjects in 16 degrees, 1 open degree, 6 double degrees, 5 master's degrees and 5 PhD programmes and participating in 6 USC research groups.
