The Department includes 7 areas of knowledge - Labour and Social Security Law, Financial and Tax Law, Commercial Law, Prison Law, Procedural Law, Philosophy of Law and History of Law and Institutions - with 42 teachers and researchers who carry out their academic activity in 10 degrees, 2 double degrees, 9 master's degrees and 1 PhD programme and participate in 7 research groups at the USC.
