Each centre sets the examination timetable for each opportunity within the opening period of the records, respecting, in any case, the time limit for reviewing the provisional grades.

Revision dates should be set no later than ten days after publication of the results, and two optional dates with alternative timetables should be guaranteed.

The last day for publication will be:

  • On the first opportunity of the first semester on 30 January 2026.
  • On the first opportunity of the second semester on 10 June 2026.
  • On the second opportunity of the first and second semester on 15 July 2026.

The dates for taking the examinations of the extraordinary call for the end of project studies for degrees and master's degrees, as well as the deadline for signing the records, will coincide with those foreseen for taking the examinations and signing the records of the first period.

Non-teaching periods are the month of August, public holidays and other periods that interrupt academic activity.

The periods that interrupt academic activity will be:

  • From 20 December 2025 to 07 January 2026 (both inclusive)
  • Monday and Tuesday of Carnival (16 and 17 February 2026).
  • Holy Week (from 30 March to 3 April 2026, both inclusive).
  • August

26 January 2025 will be a non-teaching day, as it is the day to which the festivity of Saint Thomas Aquino is moved, together with the days declared as public holidays by the State, the Autonomous Community and, on each campus, those corresponding to local holidays.
