The research coordinator from the Technological Institute of Farming in Argentina visits USC´s Campus Terra

The research coordinator from the Technological Institute of Farming in Argentina (INTA), Jorge Pérez Peña ´Pata´, confirms a meeting with the Vice Rectors of Coordination and Science and Technology Development in Lugo, Javier Bueno and Andrés Barreiro, respectively, in the context of studying the possibilities of establishing future collaborations between INTA and USC´s Campus Terra. 

 

The INTA, a state sponsored agency in the Agribusiness Ministry of Argentina, develops technology research and innovation activities focused on improving the competence and sustainable development of Argentina. The USC´s Campus Terra shares various similar objectives, all of which were made clear within the context of the meeting.

 

Another favorable factor regarding future collaborations between INTA and Campus Terra is that this public agency in Argentina pertains to the Agropolis International Association. The association has its headquarters in Campus Mundial de las Ciencias Verdes de Montpellier, which is a French university that also cooperates with USC regarding certain aspects of Campus Terra.
