More than 25 businesses related to geomatics, topography, and aircraft design and development, along with aeronautic professionals and researchers from various universities, will participate in the unmanned aerial vehicle conference in Lugo from March 31st to April 2nd. The seminars are organized by the Higher Polytechnic School of USC´s Campus Terra and are in collaboration with the Official School of Geometric Engineering and Topography and the airfield at Rozas.
The conference program will include speeches and presentations regarding related projects, networking with businesses, 5 hands-on workshops about a variety of subjects, drone and other unmanned aerial vehicle expositions, and finally an aerial exhibition at the Rozas airfield in Castro de Rei .
The celebration of the seminars about drones creates a great opportunity to demonstrate the research and technology potential that Campus Terra has to offer towards the development and future implemented actions created by the air-transportable research at Rozas, as stated by the Vice Rector Javier Bueno, the director of EPS Tomás Cuesta, and the USC Campus Terra professor and territorial delegate for the School of Engineers, Geomatics and Topography in Galicia, María José Iniesto.
