These activities have a double objective: to provide competencies for doctoral students, as established in RD 99/2011 (in which doctoral studies are regulated), and to comply with the improvement actions proposed by the USC within the European quality seal HRS4R.
The training activities for doctoral students, both transversal and specific for each doctoral programme, are intended to offer students a complementary training to their research activity, so that students strengthen skills and abilities such as: understanding research methodologies and techniques, scientific documentation processes, scientific communication techniques and methods, and writing research papers.
These training activities:
- Are intended exclusively for doctoral students.
- As a general rule, the participation will be voluntary.
- They may be face-to-face, virtual or blended.
- Students who successfully participate in a training activity will be entitled to the issuance of a diploma as long as it is recorded in the corresponding minutes.
