The objective of the Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources is that the graduate, as the experts that they will be in field of labour and its relations, will acquire the necessary skills to adequately exercise the profession of social graduate and intervene in the design and implementation of human resources strategy and policies, as well as in matters of work organisation in all types of organisations, in addition to advising, supporting and issuing opinions in the social and labour field.
