USC's rules of cohabitation seek to guarantee the rights of the university community and to promote inclusion, diversity and tolerance inside and outside the classroom.

In compliance with Law 3/2022, of 24 February, on university coexistence, in March 2023 the USC approved the Regulation establishing the rules of coexistence of the USC, which seeks to establish the basis for relations in the university environment, encouraging the preferential use of alternative methods of resolving conflicts that may alter coexistence or prevent the normal development of the essential functions of teaching, research and knowledge transfer.
