Agreements Unit

The aim of the Agreements Unit is to process, register and monitor cooperation agreements in the academic, cultural, scientific and research fields. Its main functions is to provide advice and information on the procedure for processing and signing the agreements; to receive, review and process the agreement proposals; to request the mandatory reports and prepare the proposals for presentation and approval of the proposals to the Governing Council; to disseminate, monitor and supervise compliance with the agreements; and to prepare reports for consideration by the Joint Monitoring Committee or the coordinators of the agreements.
