Mandatory insurance:
20,69€ (Students who formally enroll in their own Postgraduate courses, Continuous Training and Training Program, will also be included the amount of mandatory accident insurance and travel assistance for USC students, as established in current regulations (Council Agreement Government June 29, 2009) and will be issued together with the 1st liquidation of registration. Except in the courses that are 100% virtuous, considered these by academic year; and in the cases in which the students have paid this same insurance in a USC degree in the current academic year.)

The selection of students will be made by analyzing the curriculum of each applicant pre-registered for the course and by the arrival of applications.

Objectives
Objectives:- To understand the fundamentals of protocol: Acquire basic knowledge about the history, evolution and types of protocol (official, business, social, international).
- To organize acts and events with protocol criteria: To plan and coordinate events and ceremonies following order, precedence, communication and image guidelines.
- Promote personal and corporate image: Understand the importance of protocol as a strategic tool to consolidate a solid and respectful institutional or corporate image.
- Interpret and apply rules of precedence and ceremonial: Learn to correctly establish the order of interventions, location of guests and treatment of authorities in official and private acts.
- Adapt to multicultural contexts: Know the cultural differences in international protocol and know how to act respectfully and effectively in global scenarios.
Career options
Competencies to be acquired:- Application of official and social protocol rules. To know and correctly use the rules, uses and customs that govern institutional, social and business behavior.
- Design and management of acts and events. Plan and coordinate formal and informal events, applying technical criteria of organization, ceremonial and precedence.
- Management of institutional and professional image. Manage the projection of an appropriate public image in personal or corporate representation, reinforcing reputation and credibility.
- Knowledge of international etiquette and interculturality. Identify protocol practices in multicultural contexts, adjusting professional performance to international conventions.
- Mastering digital tools applied to protocol. Use technological resources for planning, invitation, follow-up and evaluation of events with protocol criteria.
Evaluation
The evaluation procedure will be:
- continuous evaluation according to the student's participation in the different sessions.
- punctual and regular class attendance
- active participation
- evaluation of each thematic block of the program
Tutoring
The didactic methodology will be a combination of theoretical sessions with different practices both in the classroom and in visits to representative institutions where the immediate usefulness of what has been learned can be verified.

On Fridays it will be held at the Faculty of Law and on Saturday at the City of Culture of Galicia.
