The main objective is to understand the fundamentals of emotional intelligence and its practical applications in organizations, demonstrating its immediate impact on the professional environment and workplace relationships.
The methodology used considers the theoretical dimension but emphasizes the professional and practical aspects. The course combines sessions with professionals and specialists in the field of organizations, along with a moderate volume of practical activities focused on key aspects of emotional intelligence in the workplace. A virtual platform will be used for instructional hours, enabling live teaching, creation of groups, subgroups, teams, electronic whiteboard use, and more. Additionally, the virtual classroom will serve as a support tool for course delivery, facilitating communication with students and acting as a repository for reading materials and resources to ensure the effective progression of the modules.
Evaluation
Online: Through the virtual campus, students will have access to the syllabus for each module, support materials, and reinforcement exercises. These resources will be made available well in advance, allowing students to review them before the classes in which the topics will be discussed.
In-person: The Friday and Saturday classes scheduled in the timetable are conducted in person.
