Mandatory insurance:
20,69€ (Students who formally enroll in their own Postgraduate courses, Continuous Training and Training Program, will also be included the amount of mandatory accident insurance and travel assistance for USC students, as established in current regulations (Council Agreement Government June 29, 2009) and will be issued together with the 1st liquidation of registration. Except in the courses that are 100% virtuous, considered these by academic year; and in the cases in which the students have paid this same insurance in a USC degree in the current academic year.)

Selection system
The course is aimed at PDI, PEI, PTXAS and USC students: it is therefore necessary to be a member of the University Community. In order of registration.
Objectives
1. Identify and analyse the different types of masculinity.2. Reflect on the impact of gender roles in care work.
3. Propose specific actions to promote co-responsibility.
4. Apply strategies for change in personal and professional environments.
5. Design campaigns or projects that promote new masculinities and gender equality in different contexts.
Career options
• T2.1. Develop the ability to identify and respond to discourses on gender and masculinity in a critical and evidence-based manner.• T3.2. Assess the effects of hegemonic masculinity and the existing alternatives through reflective and reasoned analysis.
• T3.5. Promote the transformation of gender relations through raising awareness and applying good practices.
• T5.4. Identify changes in masculinity types and their impact on social and economic dynamics.
• T6.3. Use language and practices that promote equality and co-responsibility across different social and professional environments.
Evaluation
• Active participation in sessions (20%).
• Preparation of a learning/reflection journal (30%).
• Final project applying the knowledge acquired to a practical case (50%).
Tutoring
Theoretical explanation by the teacher encouraging the active participation of the attendees. Language: Galician.
September 23, 24 and 30: 16:00-20:00 h.; October 1: 16:00-19:00 h.
