Selection system
The target audience is as follows: -Students of the Master's Degree in Teaching Secondary Education, Compulsory and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching (USC) -Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching (USC) -Campus Terra (Lugo) -Active teachers of Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Vocational -Training and Language Teaching. The selection criterion will be the order of pre-registration.
Objectives
1. Understand the basic concepts of the gender perspective and its impact on education.2. Identify and question the gender stereotypes present in the educational environment (materials, classroom...).
3. Develop inclusive and equitable pedagogical strategies that promote equal opportunities for all students.
4. Analyse and adapt the school curriculum from a gender perspective.
5. To encourage critical reflection on one's own teaching practices and the construction of gender identities.

Evaluation
The evaluation system refers to the three fundamental elements of the training actions, i.e. students, teaching staff and the course itself.

In any case, it takes into account the three fundamental moments: initial assessment - students' prior knowledge through introductory activities at the beginning of the course and of each module; continuous assessment - through active participation in classroom dynamics and sessions as well as in the quality of the productions carried out; and final assessment - through questionnaires and forms for assessing knowledge and the organisation and methodology of the course.

Tutoring
The course will have a total duration of 15 hours, of which 13 hours will be distributed in modules of variable duration - in which contents related to the gender perspective in education will be dealt with - and 2 hours will be devoted to the elaboration and delivery of the and 2 hours will be devoted to the elaboration and delivery of the final project. final project. The adaptation to the target audience, whether they are teachers or future teachers of Pre-school, Primary and/or Secondary Education, will be carried out using the contents and dynamics formulated in the different modules, addressing issues specific to these teaching bodies (regulations, curriculum, educational context, etc.). The dynamics and activities to be developed will be based on active and participative methodological strategies, encouraging critical reflection and collaboration between participants: -Case study analysis. - Group dynamics. - Cooperative work. - Sharing of experiences and personal reflections. - Use of audiovisual and technological resources. - Reading and commentary on texts. The teaching resources required for the implementation of this course include, among others, the following: - A large, flexible space (with movable tables and chairs) and digital support (computer, projector, speakers, etc.). (computer, projector, loudspeakers...). - Textbooks and educational materials with a gender perspective. - Articles and publications on co-education and gender equality. - Audiovisual resources (videos, documentaries, etc.). - Stationery and other teaching resources. The language of instruction will be Galician.
