Centre Quality Committee (CQC)

The Centre's Quality Committee (CQC) is a body that participates in the planning, development and monitoring tasks of the centre's QAS, also acting as a means of internal dissemination of the system and its achievements.

The duties of the CQC are the following:

  • To carry out the design, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the QAS at the centre.
  • To draw up the centre's quality report (CQR)     
  • To encourage the implementation and regular monitoring of the centre's annual improvement plan.
  • To stimulate the participation of all groups involved in the assessment and improvement of the quality of the degrees taught at the centre.
  • To track the results of the centre.
  • To propose the information to the management team, which should be public.
  • To report favourably, or propose modifications if necessary, to the results or follow-up/accreditation reports prepared by the degree committees.

Committee of degree

The bachelor's or master's degree committee, oversee the ordinary operation of the degree, have the functions established by the currente regulations for official undergraduate and master's degrees, as well as others that may be contemplated in the internal regulations of the faculty or other regulations.

In relation to the QAS, include the following functions:

  • To deal with the issues of the development of the EDP / EMP and Work Placements.
  • Analyze the information provided by the coordinator of the degree and the QMC to carry out the degree oversee.
  • Perform periodic degree monitoring and prepare the corresponding reports.
  • Make the improvement proposals, derived from this monitoring, for their transfer to the CQC and their incorporation, if applicable, to the center's improvement plan.
  • Raise a proposal, if applicable, of modification or deletion of the degree, if this is derived from its periodic monitoring.
