20 years since the Prestige accident

Engineering students of the ETSE actively participated in the cleaning of the coast in the first days after the accident

The students and professors who participated now indicate in an article that it was a unique and exciting experience for everyone. The students of the Degree in Environmental Engineering of the year 2002 dedicated the last week of that fateful November to study the spills caused by the Prestige oil tanker off the coast of Muxía; but also to help clean rocks and beaches like many other volunteers.
