The nature of the publications of Ediciones USC is academic and scientific-technical and its thematic field extends to any area or speciality of knowledge. As a public institutional publishing house, it is primarily non-profit.

In order to achieve the greatest dissemination and impact of its editorial products, and also the desirable return on the financial investment in editorial production, Ediciones USC favours the publication of originals based on their thematic interest, topicality, academic opportunity, level of demand, transversality of their contents and potential for national and international impact.

Currently, it has a collection of more than 5,000 titles (between current and out-of-print), including manuals, journal volumes and doctoral theses, in all fields of knowledge.

Ediciones USC publishes scientific journals exclusively in digital format, in its Rev{USC}.
