USC Editora is a commercial seal of the University of Santiago de Compostela, created in 2009 and registered as a European Union Trademark, which, within the Santiago de Compostela University Press, accommodates a series of editions financed by it and, therefore, submitted to a proprietary system of confidential evaluation by peers external to the University of Santiago de Compostela.
The USC Editora seal is open to authors and researchers from all universities, although, for financial reasons, it gives priority to originals from the University of Santiago de Compostela.
USC editora is a certified seal since 2014 with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard as a Quality Management System by the AENOR and IQNet Company Registry. In the table of requirements of the system, audited annually, quality objectives are established which are permanently reviewed and, with the involvement of the entire Santiago de Compostela University Press work team in their achievement, the aim is to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes that govern the seal.
