MODULE I-CONTENT OF THE JOB CONTRACT
UNIT 1-JOB FRINGE BENEFIT. CONCEPT AND WORKERS TASKS.
I. Job fringe benefit. - II. Ownership of the job results. Inventions and intellectual creations.-III. Workers task. Diligence and normal performance. Good contractual faith. Specific statements. 1) Duty of obedience. 2) Duty of non-concurrence.-IV. Agreement of exclusivity and permanence.
UNIT 2- THE QUALITATIVE DETERMINATION OF THE FRINGE BENEFIT. THE PROFESSIONAL CLASSIFICATION.
I. The system of professional classification.Categories and professional groups. II. The functional polyvalence. III. Raise of position of workers. Promotions.
UNIT 3 TIME OF SOCIAL SERVICES OF THE WORKER
I. Working day. Concept, length and limitations. 1) Ordinary journey .Protection of minors of 18 years old. 2) Timetable :split shift and continuous. II Special journeys III Extraordinary hours. IV Night job: concept, retribution, prohibitions. V Weekly, yearly and a holiday rest. Labour timetable. VII Paid permissions.

UNIT 12- DISCHARGE FOR IMPOSSIBILITY DERIVED FROM PERFORMANCE
I.Disapperance or inability of the parts: 1) Death, definitive invalidity or worker retirement. 2) Death, inability or businessman retirement. 3) Disappearance of the company constituted as legal person. II. Force majeure. III. Wholesale redundancies based on economical, techniques, organizative or production causes. IV. Dismissal by objective causes: causes, way and effects.

I. The labour Administration. II- Labour Inspection and Social Security.-III. The social Jurisdiction.-IV. Loss of rights due to the pass of time. Periods of prescription and expiry.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO HANDLE THE LABOUR LEGISLATION IN THE SUBJECT, gathered by any editorial, provided that it is updated.
Knowledge of the obligations that derive from the celebration of the job contract.
Knowledge of the vicissitudes that can affect the job contract.
Knowledge of the businessman powers.
Knowledge of the content of the obligation to work.
Knowledge and comprehension of the instruments of quantitative and qualitative determination of the job provision (professional classification and time of work).
Knowledge of the wage obligation, the structure and types of salary and institutions of protection of wage credit.
Knowledge of the content of other obligations of the businessman.
Knowledge of the business power of organization, control and disciplinary.
Identification of the supposition of determinant fact of the succession of the company and the effects of this.
Knowledge of the causes, formalization and effects of the suspension and discharge.
Theoretical on-site classes, practical classes, organization of seminars and conferences. Recommended readings.
Final written exam. It will be valued the active participation in seminars and practices and the attendance to conferences and other complementary activities.
El total de 6 créditos ECTS atribuidos a la asignatura se traduce en 48 horas presenciales, 30 de las cuales tienen carácter expositivo y 18 interactivo. El resto de la carga horaria se empleará en la localización de materiales normativos, jurisprudenciales, bibliográficos, etc y en la preparación de supuestos prácticos; y, por supuesto, en la preparación del examen final.
La asistencia a las clases presenciales e interactivas (independientemente de su obligatoriedad), en el caso del escenario de normalidad, facilitará, en grande medida, el estudio de los contenidos de la materia. Si esto fuera así, se estima que, para lo/a alumno/a tipo de la titulación, bastaría con un promedio de 3 horas semanales de estudio para poder superar la materia, incluyendo en este tiempo lo que se le debe dedicar a la preparación de trabajos que deberán ser realizados había sido del aula
El aprovechamiento de la exposición del contenido de las lecciones y de los debates y comentarios producidos en el curso de las clases requiere que el alumno asista a ésta provisto de una recopilación legislativa. Se está ante una asignatura cuyo aprendizaje y comprensión no son posibles si se prescinde de la legislación. También es conveniente que cada alumno se haga con un convenio colectivo actualizado, para ir viendo cómo se regulan las condiciones de trabajo que son objeto de estudio en este programa.
La asistencia a clase es un factor decisivo para afrontar con éxito el estudio y superación de la materia.
