These activities serve a dual purpose: to provide doctoral students with essential skills, as established by RD 99/2011 (which regulates doctoral studies), and to fulfill the improvement actions proposed by USC within the framework of the European HRS4R quality seal.
The training activities, both cross-disciplinary and specific to each doctoral programme, are designed to complement students’ research work. They aim to strengthen skills and competencies such as understanding research methodologies and techniques, managing scientific documentation, mastering scientific communication methods, and writing research papers.
These training activities:
-
Are intended exclusively for doctoral students.
-
Are generally voluntary.
-
May be delivered in face-to-face, virtual, or blended formats.
-
Will entitle students to a certificate of participation, provided their attendance is officially recorded in the corresponding minutes.
