Quality Policy

The Faculty of Labour Relations undertakes its quality policy through its strategic plan, annual improvement plan and annual quality report.

The Faculty wants to be recognised in the university and social context for undertaking training programmes that guarantee the best and most appropriate training for its students, which respond to the demands of the labour, technological and research buyer, which guarantee the conditions of professional development appropriate to its teaching, research and service personnel and which account for the investment and optimization of its resources.

This Faculty also directs its efforts towards fully meeting the needs and expectations of all its stakeholders and, in order to do so, it is committed to using all the technical, economic and human resources at its disposal; always in strict compliance with the applicable legal requirements, at regional, state and European level.

The Quality Assurance System of the Faculty of Labour Relations covers all the official degrees taught there and for which it is responsible, both at degree and master's degree level. It also reaches all people (students, teaching and support staff) linked to it.

As a whole, the QAS of the Faculty takes into account the design of the training offer, the assessment and review of its development, as well as the decision making for continuous improvement. It also includes the planning of the objectives to be achieved, in accordance with the strategy of the university and the faculty itself, and the periodic review of the operation of the system in order to ensure its usefulness to all stakeholders.
