The Biannual Improvement Plan (2018-2019 and 2019-2020 academic years) contemplated the development of an improvement action, consisting of creating a repository of good practices, which was maintained in the following improvement plan (2021-2022).
The aim of this action is to promote the culture of quality and stimulate the initiatives developed by the centres in this field.
The good practices submitted must meet the following requirements:
- To solve a problem or contribute to the continuous improvement of a dimension of the centre's quality assurance system.
- To have completed the planning, implementation, assessment, adjustment and improvement cycle.
- Be applying or generating its effects at the time when it is presented.
- To be effective with respect to the formulated objectives, efficient with respect to the resources employed and effective in the solutions of problems or in the desired continuous improvement.
- Be sustainable, replicable and innovative.
- To have sufficient evidence of its development and effectiveness.
