Handling of complaints.

The process begins with the submission by the party making the suggestion through the Virtual Secretary's Office for students or by using the  OAC form for users who do not have a University Identity Card (UIC).

The OAC receives and analyses the suggestion and, if necessary, requests a report from the corresponding unit or body of the USC in order to obtain the information needed to respond. Once the reports have been received and analysed, the OAC will reply to the party concerned via the Virtual Secretary's Office and by e-mail.

The party concerned is kept informed of the status of the processing of their complaint via e-mail and the Virtual Secretary's Office.
