-That students acquire knowledge an advanced level from methods, evaluation procedures and techniques and forensic psychological intervention in the civil and social fields.
- That students acquire knowledge an advanced level from ethical standards of the professional practice as a forensic psychologist in the civil and social fields.
- That the students acquire the ability to perform within the general principle of the Therapeutic Jurisprudence, to avoid revictimization, to facilitate social reintegration, to promote mediation to problem-solving, to protect the child best interest, and damage reparation.
- That students acquire an ethical commitment that it allows them to develop its occupation as a forensic psychologist in the civil and social fields from the defense and pursuance of the fundamental rights and of the beginning of universal access and equality between men and women, as well as in accordance with a culture of peace.

- Be able to plan and to carry out an evaluation and psychological-forensic expert's report in different courts (civil and others)
- Be able to measure and to describe variables (i.e., personality, intelligence and other abilities, forensic pathology) and cognitive, emotional, psychobiological and behavioural processes applicable in different courts
- To know to analyse and to interpret the results of the evaluation in different courts.
- Be able to carry out psychological evaluation and to interpret its implications in the different courts (forensic evaluation vs. clinical evaluation)
- Be able to carry out psychopathological evaluations and to interpret implications specific to the different courts (forensic psychopathology vs. clinical diagnosis)
- To have skills for the oral defense of reports in different courts, before the Administration (of Justice) and others.
- To know to direct the practice and research towards avoiding or minimising the yatrogenic effect (debriefing,..).
- Be able to direct the professional activity and research from the respect for users, impartiality and objectivity.
Expositive sessions are demonstrative of contents. To reinforce the topics showed to the students specialized seminars (interactive classes) are also involved which favor the acquisition of the specific abilities of the subject in addition to a significance learning. For this, are carried out case analysis and psychosocial report simulations in different courts (civil and social)
Counselling means a direct and personal relationship for a continuous guidance of the student and a in depth perspective of the theoretical and practice contents of the student work.
The evaluation activities have a double objective. First, the continuous evaluation, in addition to the counselling and the personal work of the student, will allow the student to have a constant feedback of his/her progress along the course regarding the level of the acquisition of the abilities and attitudes. And second, the partial and final examinations will try to evaluate the knowledge level of the student on the topics of the subject.
Theoretical classes will be evaluated by means of a theoretical examination attending to the operative and theoretical knowledge of the subject, in addition to the assistance to the classes and the participation. The seminars which have the aim to go in depth into the topics by means of readings and discussions of papers and specialized documents, will be evaluated through individual and group reports (group work) attending to quality (structure, originality, presentation). Practice classes will be evaluated following the criteria of assistance and the quality of the reports. The grade obtained by the students in the final examination (and/or partial examinations) will be score with 65% of the final score. To pass the subject will be required a minimum assistance of an 80%. The same criteria will be applied in later calls.

It is recommended that the student made simulations, extra to the made ones in the classes, of the professional tasks (v.gr., interview of facts, interview clinic-forensic, draft of cases, defense of cases) specific to the function of Forensic Psychologist in the Civil and Social fields.
