Mandatory insurance:

Except in the courses that are 100% virtuous, considered these by academic year; and in the cases in which the students have paid this same insurance in a USC degree in the current academic year.)
Access requirements
Graduates of intermediate and advanced vocational training programs (FP) in the agricultural field. University graduates with bachelor's or master's degrees in agricultural studies. Students enrolled in either type of formal education.

Objectives
Identify and describe the main types of agricultural operations based on the available natural resources.Apply basic techniques for the sustainable management of soil, water, and other natural resources in agricultural settings.
Operate appropriate agricultural tools and machinery according to the requirements of different production tasks.
Assess the suitability of the techniques used depending on the type of farming system (intensive, extensive, organic, etc.).
Design small-scale technical interventions aimed at improving production efficiency while respecting environmental sustainability criteria.

Evaluation
To pass the evaluation, the following is required:
Complete the final evaluation quiz within the deadline with a 100% score (multiple attempts allowed).
Submit a practical exercise consisting of designing and simulating a forestry model, a livestock model, and an agroforestry model on one or multiple plots.
Tutoring
The methodology used will be fully online and asynchronous, aimed at professionals. This approach has proven highly effective in training adult learners and specialized profiles. The Level 1 training offered in this course is intended for managers, technicians, industry professionals, and trainers. The course is entirely virtual, using a simulation and management program integrated into a virtual classroom specifically developed for this training on the Moodle platform, available at: https://cursos.proepla.com. All instruction will be delivered in Spanish. Students will be able to ask questions through the forums. Tutorial sessions will be held regularly via Microsoft Teams and must be requested by email, with the date and time to be agreed upon between the instructor and the student.
