Mandatory insurance:
20,69€ (Students who formally enroll in their own Postgraduate courses, Continuous Training and Training Program, will also be included the amount of mandatory accident insurance and travel assistance for USC students, as established in current regulations (Council Agreement Government June 29, 2009) and will be issued together with the 1st liquidation of registration. Except in the courses that are 100% virtuous, considered these by academic year; and in the cases in which the students have paid this same insurance in a USC degree in the current academic year.)

Selection system
Preference is given to the following students: -Students of the Grao en Maestra/y de Maestra/y de Educación Infantil, Grao en Maestra/y de Educación Primaria and Doble Grao en Maestra/y de Maestra/y de Educación Infantil y de Educación Primaria - Campus Terra (Lugo). - Active teachers of Early Childhood Education and Primary Education. The selection criterion will be the order of registration.
Objectives
1. Understand the basic concepts of the gender perspective and its impact on education.2. Identify and question the gender stereotypes present in the educational environment (materials, classroom...).
3. Develop inclusive and equitable pedagogical strategies that promote equal opportunities for all students.
4. To analyse and adapt the school curriculum from a gender perspective.
5. To encourage critical reflection on one's own teaching practices and the construction of gender identities.

Evaluation
The evaluation system refers to the three fundamental elements of the training actions, i.e., students, teaching staff and the development of the course itself. In any case, it takes into account the three fundamental moments: initial assessment - prior knowledge of the students through introductory activities at the beginning of the course and each module; continuous assessment - through active participation in the dynamics and classroom session as well as in the quality of the productions carried out; and final assessment - through questionnaires and forms for assessing knowledge and the organisation and methodology of the course.

Tutoring
The course will have a total duration of 15 hours, of which 13 hours will be distributed in modules of variable duration - in which content related to the gender perspective in teaching will be addressed - and 2 hours will be devoted to the development and delivery of the final project. The adaptation to the target audience, whether they are teachers or future teachers of Early Childhood and/or Primary Education, will be carried out using the contents and dynamics formulated in the different modules, addressing issues specific to these teaching bodies (regulations, curriculum, educational context, etc.). The dynamics and activities to be developed will be based on active and participative methodological strategies, encouraging critical reflection and collaboration between participants: - Analysis of case studies. - Group dynamics. - Cooperative work. - Sharing of experiences and personal reflections. - Use of audiovisual and technological resources. - Reading and commenting on texts. The teaching resources required for the implementation of this course include, among others, the following: - Ample and flexible space (with mobile tables and hips) and with digital support (computer, projector, loudspeakers...). - Textbooks and educational materials with a gender perspective. - Articles and publications on co-education and gender equality. - Audiovisual resources (videos, documentaries, etc.). - Stationery and other didactic resources. The language of instruction shall be Galician.
