Summary
The study of socially aversive personalities and their manifestation in various spheres of life, such as the academic one, has acquired special relevance throughout history. The present research analyzes the relationship between the dark triad of personality and the realization of counterproductive academic behaviors (CAB) in Spanish university students. The results indicate that the most prevalent trait within the dark triad of personality is Machiavellianism (M=22.9). In addition, it was identified that the most common form of CAB is absenteeism, followed by the cheating dimension. The correlational analyses revealed a positive correlation between the two main variables, highlighting psychopathy as the strongest predictor of counterproductive academic behaviors (r=.33, p smaller than .01). Regression analyses showed that, of the three dimensions of the Dark Triad, psychopathy appears as the most significant predictor of CAB (beta value=.32 p smaller than 0.001), followed by Machiavellianism and, finally, narcissism. These three dimensions accounted for 15% of the variation in CAB. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.

Summary
Child sexual violence is one of the most serious forms of abuse and violence that minors can suffer. Currently, data on this crime is alarming, in Spain alone, a total of 8,337 cases were recorded in 2022. These assaults bring with them a high number of consequences for both physical and mental health, which is why it is essential that in reported cases, the judicial system does not aggravate these consequences by working from the perspective of Therapeutic Justice. The objective of this work is to address a study of these victims from the field of Forensic Psychology. To this end, on one hand, a theoretical framework was developed that deals with the conceptualization of this violence, its national and international; prevalence; its legal classification; the characterization of the crime; as well as the consequences of being a victim of aggression. Likewise, an analysis is made within the forensic context, explaining the tools available to this discipline to carry out a relevant evaluation of minors. On the other hand, the methodological framework presents an expert report on a possible victim of extrafamilial child sexual assault, applying the Global Evaluation System (SEG) protocol as an evaluation method.

Summary
The work carried out focuses on analyzing the Big Five personality factors (FFM) and their influence or predictive ability on accidents or behaviors related to workplace safety through a second-order meta-analysis. In this way, the aim is to clarify the relationship between each of the five factors and the occurrence of accidents, with the objective of applying this knowledge in the fields of Personnel Selection or Training and Occupational Risk Prevention. A meta-analysis was conducted for each trait using data provided by different studies, revealing that Conscientiousness (negative relationship with accidents) and Neuroticism (positive relationship with accidents) are the most robust factors. Therefore, workplace interventions should be designed considering these factors.

Summary
Respect Modules were created in 2001 at the Mansilla de las Mulas Penitentiary Center (León). Currently, they are implemented in nearly all penitentiary institutions in Spain, with the aim of fostering an environment of coexistence and maximum respect among the module's inmates. This paper aims to examine the current situation of Respect Modules in Spain. To achieve this, a bibliographic review of 16 studies conducted across 14 of the 17 regions in Spain was undertaken. From the perspective of both inmates and staff, some of the main benefits that this modality can offer to inmates have been analyzed, particularly regarding reintegration and resocialization, as well as some of the deficiencies related to their organization and user satisfaction. Although there are no studies conducted in all regions, there is a general consensus that considers Respect Modules beneficial for the reintegration, resocialization, and normalization of life for inmates in closed regimes. Certain organizational shortcomings have been identified, as well as the persistence of a differential treatment model for the female population. It would be valuable to consider the perspectives of inmates and staff to improve the therapeutic potential and the normalization of daily life in these spaces, which are crucial for fulfilling the constitutional mandate of reintegration.

Summary
How can the constant feeling of insecurity and job instability in the work environment affect workers? This is the question that motivates us to delve into the situation of the workers of a multinational company specialized in the manufacture of stainless steel. The news of constant work accidents, the continuous ERES/ERTES, together with first-hand information extracted from operators through a questionnaire on risk factors, allow us to carry out a study and evaluation of risks within their workplaces. The presence of this type of problems provides evidence of the need to intervene - through tertiary prevention - in the company studied, mainly at the organizational level, but without leaving aside the physical environment and the individual themselves, in order to preserve the occupational health of said workers. Through the results, the strong relationship between the appearance and maintenance over time of risk factors and the suffering of psychosocial risks is confirmed. In this specific case, the risks we observe are stress and burnout. The final objective of the TFM will be to prepare an intervention proposal with a risk prevention plan, specific for the company evaluated, through a questionnaire created and oriented to the detection of psychosocial risk factors present in this organization.

Summary
People in prison contexts are a particularly vulnerable population to a whole series of suicidal behaviors. The growing rise of this problem raises alarms about the emerging need to know more in depth the variables that are acting as facilitators and protectors against this casuistry. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to identify both risk and protective factors in three specific contexts: personal, criminal and contextual. The results obtained after a systematic search in numerous psychology databases show that the variables found to be significant in the increase of suicidal behavior are the presence of mental disorders, a previous history of suicidal behavior and having suffered abuse in childhood; on the other hand, the variables found to be protective against the development of such behavior are social and family support, access to mental health services and adequate treatment, meaningful and structured activities and early identification. In summary, we can say that there are facilitating and minimizing aspects of suicidal behavior among the adult prison population in the three contexts studied.

Summary
The European Union is committed to achieving equality between men and women with regard to opportunities in the labour market and equal treatment at work with the approval of Directive (EU) 2019/1158. Since the incorporation of women into the labour market, reconciliation policies have been oriented towards this group due to the feminisation of care tasks. This European regulation aims to make a 360-degree turnaround and promote co-responsibility, granting leave of absence from work for caregiving reasons to both sexes. Leave for carers is included in Spanish legislation through Royal Decree-Law 5/2023, leading to the modification of the Workers' Statute, the Basic Statute of the Public Employee and the Law regulating Social Jurisdiction. This Master's thesis develops the legal elements that lead to the Directive, the reasons for its approval and the content of the carers' leave. In the following chapters, the transposition of the Directive into Spanish law and the changes produced in the Workers‘ Statute, the Basic Statute of the Public Employee and the Law regulating Social Jurisdiction by the introduction of carers’ leave are explained.

Summary
This TFM studies and analyzes health surveillance in the workplace, which is developed mainly through medical examinations. We will establish a series of definitions of what it means and explain what its objectives are. We will specify the conditions under which said recognitions must be carried out, as well as their content. We will analyze the aspects related to the confidentiality of health data, to clarify who can have access to the results, and the conclusions derived from the different medical tests; at the same time we will comment on the way in which they should be treated. The LPRL does not specify the moment in which to carry out medical examinations, it only establishes that the employer is responsible for guaranteeing his workers, a periodic control of their health status. Our objective, in this section, is to try to specify the most opportune moment for its implementation, taking into account the magnitude of the different risks that exist in each job, as well as the severity of the consequences that they may cause to the worker. The principle of voluntariness of carrying out the different recognitions that the worker enjoys will be excepted for special cases regarding safety and health, which will be mandatory and determined based on their working conditions and the risks they cause. Finally, through the study and analysis of different sentences, we will give some examples of the different responsibilities that incorrect or incomplete health surveillance can cause, as well as the consequences that not submitting to them may have for the worker himself.

The main objective of the following Master's Thesis is to carry out a detailed analysis of the work motivation of a group of 51 workers of an organization in the construction sector. In this way, to be able to reach an understanding of the aspects that can cause a lack of work motivation or an increase in the work well-being of the workers, which is a fundamental aspect of the increase in organizational productivity. The instruments used for data collection were the MbM Questionnaire (Sashkin, 1996) consisting of 20 items, the questionnaire adapted from Hackman and Oldham (1975), consisting of 23 items, and an Ad Hoc scale consisting of 6 items to measure employee self-evaluation. The results found indicate that the need for self-esteem and task meaningfulness showed a high correlation with job performance. In contrast, gender, age, education, work experience and seniority did not influence motivational factors, job characteristics or job performance, with the observed differences attributable to error or chance. However, different job sectors did affect motivational factors, job performance, and job characteristics.

Summary
Reasonable accommodation with respect to discrimination on the basis of illness are modifications or adaptations to the work, educational or other environment designed to enable people with chronic illnesses or disabilities to participate on an equal basis. These accommodations may include changes in working hours, adaptation of tasks, modification of facilities and provision of special equipment. The aim is to remove barriers that hinder the full and effective participation of these people. Legislation in Spain, through Law 15/2022, requires employers and other entities to make these accommodations as long as they are not unduly burdensome. These efforts are essential to guarantee the right to equality and to avoid discrimination based on illness. This study first analyses the concept of sickness discrimination and how it differs from the principle of equal treatment, as well as the two traditional positions on whether dismissal on the grounds of temporary incapacity constitutes sufficient evidence of discrimination. To accompany this analysis, some of the judgements handed down on the subject after the entry into force of Law 15/2022, also in relation to Law 3171995 (Prevention of Occupational Risks), are collected in order to point out the most general aspects of the relationship of these adjustments to the employment relationship between the employer and the workers affected.

Summary
The Spanish tax system, as in the countries around us, is in constant evolution, seeking not only to ensure compliance with tax obligations but also to promote a framework that fosters collaboration between the Tax Administration and taxpayers. In this context, it is crucial to recognize the ethical component of tax compliance, as the moral responsibility to pay taxes plays a fundamental role in social cohesion and the perception of equity in the system. This work delves into the analysis of cooperative models in Spanish tax law, exploring the transition from a punitive approach to strategies that seek collaboration and facilitation of compliance by taxpayers. The legal mechanisms, adopted policies, and the effectiveness of these measures to encourage a tax culture based on responsibility and cooperation between the Administration and taxpayers are examined. Additionally, from a psychological and educational perspective, it is considered how promoting a culture of tax compliance can influence citizens' attitudes and behaviors, highlighting the importance of tax education in developing tax awareness and building a sense of collective responsibility. The study delves into understanding how these cooperative models not only seek to maximize revenue but also to build a more balanced, transparent, and efficient relationship between the tax authorities and taxpayers, fostering an environment where voluntary compliance is a preferred option and not merely a legal obligation.

Summary
The objective of this Master's Thesis was to elaborate a Structured Behavioral Interview protocol for the position of Human Resources Director in order to insert it in a hypothetical personnel selection process, and that this protocol complies with the procedures and conclusions provided by the scientific literature on the subject. First of all, a search was made on the concepts and contents of the different types of selection interviews; then, the structured behavioral interview was chosen due to its good statistical coefficients, both in terms of reliability and criterion validity. The dimensions considered most relevant for the position were chosen and, based on them, groups of questions were elaborated to obtain information from the candidates, as well as assessment scales with behavioral anchors (BARS or EVAS) to evaluate the answers of all the candidates to the same questions and to obtain a hierarchy of scores that would later allow the selection of those candidates with the best scores. Once this protocol has been obtained, the evaluators will have a reliable and valid instrument, with information regarding situations and behaviors in the job position, and with a quantitative evaluation that will allow them to objectively classify the candidates in a personnel selection process.

Summary
The purpose of this Master's Thesis is to analyze the rights recognized for female workers who are victims of gender violence. To do this, it is important to define the very concept of gender violence, taking into account the international, national and regional regulations promulgated in this regard of a phenomenon that has been revealed as a manifestation of the structural discrimination suffered by women. To explain its origin, it is essential to carry out a study of the term itself, the reason for its choice and the historical gender roles that have marked certain behaviors that, consequently, have led to this type of violence. Once the concept has been defined, it will be necessary to investigate the work carried out by social agents through collective bargaining, either through the introduction of new rights or through the concretization or improvement of the rights that are already reflected in the normative texts mentioned throughout the entire work.

Summary
The general objective of this study was to know what is the level of job satisfaction, work stress and job performance in the professional staff of temporary employment bussiness, to know the relationships between these variables, as well as to know if sociodemographic variables (sex, age, studies, work experience, etc.) influenced job satisfaction, stress and job performance. 167 professionals from temporary employment bussiness from all over Spain participated. The S20/23 job satisfaction questionnaires by Meliá and Peiró (1989), the Maslach Burnout Inventory (1996) and an ad hoc skills questionnaire were used, the last one was used to self-assess the level of job performance. The results indicated that, in general, the levels of satisfaction, stress and job performance are positive and slightly above the average values of the measurement scales. Also, the results showed that the higher level of job satisfaction corresponds to a greater self-evaluation of performance and a lower level of work stress; on the other hand, that a higher level of work stress corresponds to a lower self-evaluation of job performance. Finally, sociodemographic variables did not have a general influence on job satisfaction, stress or job performance, with some exceptions.

Summary
This Master's thesis explores the relationship between corporate control and the protection of employee privacy in the current digital context. Several fundamental rights are analysed, including the right to privacy, the protection of personal data, the secrecy of communications and the right to one's own image. These rights are essential to protect the dignity and well-being of workers in today's increasingly digitalised work environment. It also looks at how companies exercise their power of control and surveillance through digital devices, examining the legality and limits of these practices, taking into account the need for a balance between company control and respect for workers' rights. It deals with the criteria for the use of these devices set out in the LOPD, highlighting the employer's duty to inform workers of these criteria and the rules governing the use of these devices, examining the limits to company control. Finally, the right to digital disconnection is discussed, as an important part of the right to privacy, detailing its content and examining the relationship of this right with the protection of the worker's privacy, guaranteeing that the worker is not permanently connected to his or her work via digital devices.

Summary
Balancing work and family responsibilities is not always an easy task. Over the years, both responsibilities had been separated, with work responsibilities being carried out by men and family responsibilities by women. With the entry of women into the labour market, it has been mostly women who have had to assume, exclusively, both responsibilities, being detrimental in the development of their professional lives. The development of work-life balance measures is intended to help workers to effectively assume their responsibilities. Specifically, this work deals with the request for the adaptation of the working day, a measure that has recently been modified by the legislator, with the intention of protecting the needs of workers and companies. An analysis of article 34.8 of the Workers' Statute will be presented, where the regulation of this right is located. Various pronouncements of the courts in this matter will also be analyzed, giving special relevance to a criterion, that of co-responsibility, which is the key to the development of the law, and in general, to achieve effective equality between men and women in matters of conciliation.

Summary
This work analyzes the new regulation of the discontinuous permanent contract, a consequence of the reform at the end of 2021 (RD-Law 32/2021). It addresses the evolution that this contractual modality has undergone and then focuses on the analysis of the main novelties that this regulation brings: the new configuration, which involves the unification of the discontinuous fixed term and the periodic fixed term; or the new areas where this contract can be used, through the four existing modalities. On the other hand, there are also new developments in the legal regime of this contract; in formal demands or in the obligation to call. Finally, a review is made of the rights recognized for the discontinuous permanent worker.

Summary
Thanks to the evolution of information and communication technologies and the digitalization of society, teleworking has established itself as a new work scheme. The influence of this new way of working beyond the field of labor relations, influencing both the economy, politics and national and international law. In this thesis the impact of teleworking on national and international taxation within Spain will be studied. Regarding the national level, with the enactment of Law 10/2021, the concept of teleworking was introduced into the Spanish legal system. This law contains the teleworking agreement, a document thanks to which the rights of workers will be equated with those of their in-person colleagues. It is worth highlighting the role of the General Directorate of Taxes, resolving tax conflicts arising from the application of 10/2021. At the international level, the different tax regimes that a transnational teleworker who travels to Spain could benefit from are exposed. Highlight in this area the role of the legislator for the fiscal effort to attract talent and digital nomads with the promulgation of law 28/2022, to promote emerging ecosystems. Finally, also at the international level, the problem of international double taxation is exposed, to which a solution is proposed from the European perspective.

Considering the need for modernization, harmonization, and simplification of Social Security systems in the European Union, coordination rules in this area have been established for all member states. In this case, we will examine the evolution of sickness benefits within these rules. Therefore, the aim of this Master's Thesis (TFM) is to analyze the right to sickness benefits for workers within the framework of the European Union, as well as to study Regulation 883/2004 on the coordination of Social Security systems and its preceding regulations. This study is structured into three main parts: the legal framework and the application of the rule, the historical evolution of the regulations governing sickness benefits, and the analysis of the several types of sickness benefits regulated in European legislation. The methodology used for the preparation of this TFM has been the consultation of various manuals on Social Security law, basic regulations, and rules on Social Security, all focused on the European Union.

Summary
This work analyzes the regulatory framework that regulates the situation of public employees and labor personnel at the service of the Public Administration in matters of occupational risk prevention during remote work and, especially, in its new technological modality: teleworking. Office jobs are, in many cases, criticized in terms of occupational health and safety, although they are usually treated generically, since they do not have a significant burden of occupational risks, especially in terms of their relationship with workplace safety. job. However, the aforementioned increase in teleworking, in which psychosocial and ergonomic elements interact to a different degree, implies the need for a review of the organization of the current preventive system, initially designed for a traditional work environment. Therefore, this research seeks to offer a critical look at the various factors that act in relation to the provision of services in this modality, among which are the peculiarities of the risk assessment in the workplace chosen by the person. worker, its effectiveness as a conciliation measure and the importance of teleworking not implying a deterioration in people's working conditions.

Summary
In the midst of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the need to fill jobs that require a medium level training meets with a considerable percentage of the active population that is unemployed. Therefore, the objective of this work is to treat Vocational Training as an element of special importance to deal with the high unemployment rate in the Autonomous Community of Galicia. For this purpose, we will observe the Basic, Middle and Higher courses existing in the four Galician provinces. On the other hand, what is sought is to collect all the information regarding Vocational Training in Galicia in a single work while making an analysis of it in order to understand the whole procedure involved in Vocational Training as a whole. The aim is to explain the organization and composition of the different training cycles offered in Galicia in order to have a global perspective of the importance that the knowledge of an enabling, free, useful and quality education can have in a labor market where an active population is predominantly polaris, on the one hand, by the large number of people with university degrees and, on the other hand, by the bulk of people who have no more than basic studies. Finally, this work will deal with the different training cycles existing in Galicia as well as the challenges and opportunities they face.

Summary
After a long and complex negotiation process within the European institutions, an agreement has been reached for the approval of a European Directive that addresses the working conditions of people who perform their work through digital platforms within the European Union. This regulation, inspired in part by recent Spanish legislation on this subject, seeks to address the issue of the social vulnerability of this group of workers. The objective of this paper is to provide a legal analysis of the key points of this future and important regulation. To this end, the context of the approval of the mentioned Directive is addressed, at a time marked by a constant growth in the phenomenon of digital platforms. In addition, the Case Law of the Court of Justice of the European Union on this topic and the national legislative precedents, including the Spanish one, are analysed. Finally, this study examines the anticipated final text of the Directive, recently agreed upon by the Council and the European Parliament, making a comparison with the proposal initially presented by the Commission. The idea is to focus on the two fundamental aspects of the norm: the determination of the legal classification of platform workers and the regulation of algorithmic management.

Summary
In this Master's Final Thesis a study of organizational behavior was carried out in the company Alcampo S.A. at its headquarters in Santiago de Compostela. Specifically, with a sample of 53 participants, the variables job satisfaction, burnout, and job performance were examined. The results obtained in this analysis showed, on one hand, average levels of job satisfaction among the staff, no prevalence of burnout and high performance. On the other hand, it was found, through correlation analysis, ANOVA and regression studies, that: (1) there is a statistically significant correlation between burnout and job satisfaction (with a negative relationship with exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions and positive relationship with personal achievement dimension), (2) no significant correlation was found between burnout syndrome and job performance, (3) satisfaction correlates significantly and positively to job performance, (4) there are differences in the level of satisfaction based on sociodemographic variables such as gender and seniority, (5) there are differences in the prevalence of burnout based on the sociodemographic variable of gender, (6) there are differences in the perception of performance based on the sociodemographic variable of education level, (7) job satisfaction is primarily predicted by emotional exhaustion, and (8) performance is mainly predicted by seniority, satisfaction with benefits, and intrinsic satisfaction. Based on this, the possible implications of these results are discussed in terms of applying new company policies, for which proposals are provided, such as promoting an inclusive organizational culture. Additionally, various limitations that this study may have sustained are also discussed.

Summary
This study has investigated emotional work and emotional intelligence in a sample of healthcare workers and their relationship with two organizational criteria, job satisfaction and occupational performance. The study of these variables in the healthcare context is of special relevance, since these are professions that very often require emotional control and management adjusted to the situations that arise in the work environment. The results obtained indicate that the healthcare positions analyzed have a high emotional charge. Emotional intelligence scores were also high. Both variables are also studied according to the job position, the health center in which the services are provided and the medical specialty of the unit in which the position is performed. The correlational results show that emotional labor is positively related to job performance and negatively related to job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence is positively related to both criteria. Conclusions derived from these results are developed in the paper.

Summary
This study examines the relationship between Burnout, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance, as well as the relationship of these variables with sociodemographic aspects such as age, gender, entity (public/private) and seniority, in a sample of 183 Secondary Education teachers (N=183) from nine schools in Galicia. The results show significant negative relationships between Burnout, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance, indicating that those with high levels of Burnout are less satisfied and have lower performance. Significant differences were also found regarding age, entity and seniority. Younger teachers show less Burnout tan older ones. Those who belong to public schools are more emotionally exhausted tan those who work in private schools. Lastly, teachers with more seniority have a higher degree of Burnout tan those with less seniority. Finally, the limitations of the study and suggestions for future reseach are discussed.

Summary
This work is presented as an empirical investigation into the relationship between job performance and personality. Firstly, we define the concept of job performance, as well as several of its most relevant dimensions present in this study: task performance, contextual performance, and counterproductive behaviors. Next, we address the concept of personality and its historical development until the emergence of the personality model used in this research: the Five Factor Model. We describe the various traits that constitute it and provide evidence of how these traits are present in the entire population. Subsequently, after discussing the common use of personality measures in the field of Work and Organizational Psychology, we refer to one of the major problems this poses: faking. In order to control the effects of this phenomenon, various questionnaires with different characteristics have been developed, among which the quasi-ipsative forced-choice questionnaire stands out, and it is used in this research for personality measurement. We continue by describing the relationship between job performance and the Big Five model based on the results obtained in previous research. Once we have discussed the theoretical framework of the research, we move on to focus on the methodological framework. We describe the sample used, consisting of 66 participants, explain how we accessed it, and specify the instruments used. We present the results obtained through the statistical analysis of SPSS, compare these results with those obtained in previous research, and, finally, provide a serie of recommendations that we consider of interest for future research.

Summary
The Dark Personality Triad is a construct that included three socially aversive personality traits: psychopathy, narcissism and machiavellianism. The term was coined in 2002, when Paulhus and Williams decided to encompass in the same personality pattern these traits that had already been studied separately. These types of subjects are characterized by arrogance, emotional coldness, hypocrisy, and aggressiveness, but also for being highly competitive and selfish and for showing a strong predisposition towards impulsivity, sensation seeking and self-interest at the expense of others. We know that women and men show different personality characteristics and behavioural reactions that may be defined by biological or even social aspects, such as gender roles. For this reason, this review aims to present the most significant gender differences that have been found in people with TRIOPE personality.

Summary
Based on a detailed review of a group of Supreme Court rulings, this Master's Thesis aims to study the implications of Temporary Mental Disorder in the criminal domain, analyzing both the cases and the profiles of the individuals who claim it. This work explores criminal and pathological backgrounds as well as other common characteristics in this context, with the primary objective of contributing clarity to the existing debate on the dangerousness and potential for recidivism of such individuals. Additionally, to study the imputability of this disorder and the relevance of expert evaluation in these cases, the rulings from the past 10 years that included psychological or psychiatric assessments and considered Temporary Mental Disorder were reviewed. Finally, to delve into the concept of sound judgment, theoretically used by judges to avoid arbitrariness in their decisions, we have analyzed some of the criteria that define it and how they are considered in these rulings. The results obtained indicate that there is a pattern not only in the personal profile of the individuals but also in their criminal profiles. Furthermore, there is noticeable skepticism from the Courts regarding this disorder -with the claim being dismissed in most cases-, as well as towards psychological expert reports. We find that there is an imbalance in the weight given to different expert sources, with more significance attributed to those from the Institute of Legal Medicine compared to those from external services or requested by the parties involved.

Summary
In recent years, compulsive sexual behavior has been the subject of debate due to recent research on its causes, its diagnostic categorization and its incidence. The most recent studies highlight the consequences of this behavior in an increasingly younger population. Although there is research on treatment and intervention in maladaptive sexual behaviors, mainly in adults, there is a notable lack of studies focused on minors. For this reason, This work is based on a guide to compulsive sexual behaviors in minors as an intervention proposal.

Summary
Gender based violence is a problem that affects women of all cultures and countries worldwide. It is a form of discrimination that maintains the power and control of one gender over the other, seriously affecting the health of the victims. The aim of this systematic review was to investigate the specific characteristics of battered women in order to determine whether there is a sociodemographic profile that places them at greater risk of being victims of gender violence. A systematic review was conducted using the keywords (gender-based violence OR violence against women) AND victims AND women AND profile in the search engines Scopus, Dialnet, PubMed and Web Of Science. By reading titles, abstracts and full articles, the search was narrowed down to a total of 12 articles, all published between 2014 and 2024. The results obtained indicate the existence of differences in the profiles depending on the origin of the victim, as well as a pattern of similarities in countries with similar cultures. The characteristics of the mistreatment suffered and of the femicide, if it has occurred, are also analyzed. In any case, the results found should be interpreted with caution. The limitations and risk of bias present both in the studies carried out and in the review itself are taken into account. The paper discusses these limitations and makes suggestions for future research.

Summary
Since Cleckleys´ statement (1951) on the “good intelligence” displayed by individuals with psychopathic traits, substantial research has investigated the posible relationship between psychopathy and cognitive intelligence without conclusive results, usually finding a negative association (DeLisi et al., 2010) or no association at all (Pajevic et al., 2017). Moreover, some of these studies have not considered the type of sample as a moderator factor that can alter the relationship between the two variables. This study represents a meta-analysis formed by 16 studies that seeks to evaluate the direction and magnitude of the association of psychopathy with global cognitive intelligence, as well as observe the moderator effect that different types of samples (normal, clinical, penitentiary and aggressive and/or offender adolescents) can display in this association. The results indicate that cognitive intelligence is not meaningfully related to psychopathy and normal and clinical samples do not moderate this relation. However, there was a small, negative effect size (-0,16) found in the penitentiary sample and a moderate, positive effect size (0,29) in the aggressive/offender adolescent’s sample.

Summary
This paper analyses imputability from a forensic-psychological perspective, combining theory and a case study. The theoretical part reviews legal psychology and defines key concepts such as responsibility, imputability and culpability, as well as examining current legislation on criminal responsibility and analysing psychological disorders that can exempt, mitigate or aggravate criminal responsibility, such as schizophrenia, delirium, intellectual disability or transitory mental disorder. For its part, the assessment of mental disorders in the forensic context is addressed, highlighting the Protocol of Arce and Fariña (2007), which will be used methodologically and is applied in several key phases, such as the use of complementary measures, the analysis of internal consistency and independent assessment. In the methodological part, an expert report of imputability assessment in a homicide case will be carried out, using this protocol to control the simulation, with stages that include psychosocial interview, reliability analysis, clinical assessment using MMPI-2 and SCL-90-R, study of cognitive abilities with TONI-2 and ERFC, personality study with 16 PF-5, and search for background and documentary evidence. Finally, the results will be examined to determine whether the subject presents any condition that nullifies or diminishes their criminal responsibility, making a final assessment based on these results and highlighting the conclusions on the cognitive and volitional capacities of the evaluee.

Summary
Psychosocial risks have become a fundamental factor within organizations, since it is an especially important issue due to the degree of impact it can cause. The evaluation of psychosocial risk is crucial to measure the degree to which they can negatively influence the worker and the organization itself. This master's thesis aims to evaluate the psychosocial risk factors to which the administrative area officials of an organizational development management company in Colombia are exposed, to identify and analyse the psychosocial risks that may be present. It was carried out by applying the CoPsoQ-ISTAS21 evaluation methodology (short version), through a brief virtual intervention procedure. The results show the presence of adequate levels of psychosocial risk in the evaluated workers, with 67% of the total sample at low or medium levels. The dimensions that represent the greatest risk are work pace and influence, while those that represent the least risk are double presence, emotional demands, and sense of belonging.

Summary
This Master's thesis presents the analysis and evaluation of Psychosocial Risks of a Call Center company in Mexico. The evaluation is made based on the Mexican Standard NOM-035-STPS-2018. The data was collected and, based on the results, recommendations were made for the mitigation of risk factors. Data collection was carried out using one of the instruments provided in the Mexican Standard: Reference Guide III of NOM-035-STPS-2018. This research is based on the data obtained in the mandatory general evaluation carried out by the HR staff of said company. Our collaboration focused on the analysis of said data to be able to evaluate the general situation of the company and on proposing the necessary measures to improve or maintain, as the case may be, the level of psychosocial health of the workers. The results showed that the general level of psychosocial risk was medium and that more than 50% of the workers were at a low or no level. The main objective of this TFM was to demonstrate the importance of maintaining healthy work environments that promote the mental health of workers, as well as the relationship and perception that workers have with their work environment.

Summary
The present work has aimed to: (1) analyze whether the studied thinking dispositions (such as Need for cognition, Actively open-minded thinking, Self-control, and Impulsive sensation seeking) explain variance of Cognitive Reflection (CR), (2) explore the validity of CR to predict job performance, and (3) examine the variance of job performance explained by CR and thinking dispositions together. To this end, a study has been conducted using a sample of 110 workers of different ranks of the Local Police of Galicia, and the following scales have been administered: 4 CR tests (Frederick, 2005; Salgado, 2014; Thomson y Oppenheimer, 2016), 4 scales of thought dispositions (Chiesi et al., 2018; Fernández-Artamendi et al., 2016; Stanovich y Toplak, 2023; Tangney et al., 2004) and a measure of self-assessment of job performance (Salgado y Moscoso, 2020). The main results of this study show that: (1) CR correlated only with the disposition actively open-minded thinking (AOT) and the willingness not to impulsively seek new sensations (ImpSS); (2) thinking dispositions explained a small percentage of CR variance (10.8%); (3) CR was not a relevant predictor of job performance; and (4) thinking dispositions and CR as a whole explained 4.9% of job performance. The theoretical and practical implications of these results are discussed in this paper.

Summary
Forensic assessment of psychological harm requires a multi-method and multi-measure approach with control of (di)simulation: deception must be suspected in order to preserve the principles of legality and presumption of innocence. In forensic, such deception translates into the differential diagnosis of malingering, a relatively common phenomenon in (criminal) judicial proceedings in Spain. Thus, the assessment should consist of an interview, psychometric instrumentation and, when necessary, other additional tests. The MMPI-2 is postulated as the reference instrument in the forensic context as it measures psychopathology, psychological adjustment and has several validity indices and scales that discard, in this case, malingering in all its forms. The Gough Index (F-K) is one of the validity indicators of the MMPI-2 and allows us to interpret the results on the understanding that, as F-K increases above zero, the probability of malingering increases. In this case, we are only interested in positive F-K, that is, the measure of faking bad. Bearing this in mind, the main aim of the present study was to analyse the power of the Gough Index (F-K) to detect malingering in the MMPI-2. For this purpose, a meta-analytical review of experimental effect sizes obtained in research that aimed to detect simulation with the F-K Index was designed. A total of 55 studies were found (once the inclusion criteria were applied), from which 79 effect sizes were obtained. The results showed a more than large, significant, and generalizable positive average effect size. We studied the contrast group as a moderator, finding statistically significant differences depending on whether a population-representative or study-specific control group is used (with the latter design, an artificial increase in the results is observed). Considering the limitations of this study, the implications of the results for forensic practice are discussed and future lines of research are proposed.

Summary
The aim of this master's thesis is to explore the relationship between stress, subjective well-being, and life satisfaction among two distinct groups: home care assistants and coordinators, both within the company Servisar, which provides auxiliary care services to dependent individuals. Home caregivers for dependent individuals constitute a high-risk group for experiencing stress and burnout due to the close and emotionally involved nature of their profession. Various studies highlight the repercussions for caregivers resulting from their work, noting that, in addition to muscle pain related to physical effort, they also experience overload, strong emotional involvement, perception of fair or poor health, high levels of anxiety (52% above average), and depression (56.7% above average) (Gálvez et al., 2007).In this research, both caregivers and office staff are evaluated using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to measure stress, the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) for subjective well-being, and the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). Subsequently, the results between both groups are related and compared, analyzing the possible relationships between the evaluated variables. Additionally, sociodemographic variables are considered in the analysis. The results indicate that a high level of stress is not observed in the general sample, with only the emotional exhaustion dimension standing out. There is a strong correlation between all the variables studied, and the demographic variables of age and position were significant: younger individuals and caregivers scored lower on stress than administrative staff.

Summary
Background/Objective: One of the variables of particular interest to Therapeutic Jurisprudence (TJ) is what some researchers refer to as informational justice. This study examines the extent to which the perception of being adequately informed during the judicial process influences satisfaction with the process and its outcome, and how this relationship is mediated by the perception of distributive justice. Method: A questionnaire was administered to a sample of 386 incarcerated individuals in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. An Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was conducted to examine the internal structure of the items used in the study, and a Mediation Analysis was performed to specify the relationship between the variables of interest using a Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results: The results indicate that participants' perception of being adequately informed during the judicial process has a significant direct effect on satisfaction. Additionally, distributive justice partially mediated this relationship, as evidenced by the significant indirect effect. Conclusions: The importance of information is highlighted in participants' perception of having obtained a fair judicial outcome, as well as in their satisfaction with the process and its outcome, which reinforces the perception of equity and legitimacy of the judicial system.

Summary
Background/Objective: The implantation of misleading information in memory is a highly relevant topic due to its implications for the evaluation of witness memory. Suggestion has been the most studied means of implantation. Therefore, a meta-analytical study has been designed to estimate the effect size of suggestion in the implantation of misleading information in testimony and memories, and the moderators of such effect. Method: A total of 17 studies designed to evaluate the implantation of suggested memories and/or the mere acceptance of misleading information were selected. Bare-bones meta-analyses of experiments were performed. Results: The results showed a significant, positive, generalizable, and more than large overall average effect size (d = 1.68). Likewise, the results evidenced a significant, positive, generalizable, and more than large average effect size for the moderators: degree of suggestion (d = 1.60), likelihood of suggestion (d = 1.68), direct participation in the event (d = 1.31), indirect participation in the event (d = 2.00), suggestion through the individual differences paradigm (d = 1.44), and suggestion through the misinformation paradigm (d = 2.03). Conclusions: The implications for the formulation of models, as well as for the psychology of testimony, are discussed.

Summary
During 2023 in Spain, the number of complaints and women victims of gender-based violence increased compared to the previous year, a fact that has been happening since 2013. The WHO indicates that gender-based violence is a public health problem and violation of human rights that needs to be addressed. The objective of this work is to contribute to a greater knowledge of this problem in today's society from the perspective of forensic psychology through a review of the literature on the definition, types of gender violence, legal framework, consequences, together with the preparation of a psychological expert report following the methodology of the Global Evaluation System to carry out a real case study.
