Quality

The Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) of the USC has been designed following the model of the national and regional quality agencies, ANECA and ACSUG, and is articulated in 9 criteria and 46 guidelines grouped into 5 areas, which correspond to the programmes drawn up by the agencies, called AUDIT and FIDES.

The USC approved the first framework IQAS in December 2009, and the Governing Board's Delegated Planning and Quality Committee, in its session held on 31 May 2013, approved a review, which included a simplification and global review of the system.

The documents that make up the revised USC IQAS framework are the Extensive IQAS Manual, the Simplified Manual of the IQAS of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences and the Process and Procedure Manual.

Our centre adapted the simplified manual to our particularities, which was approved by the Governing Board of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences on 12 May 2015 and by the Delegated Quality Committee of the Governing Board at its session of 12 June 2015.
