Authorisation for publication and dissemination

The University of Santiago de Compostela is the copyright holder of the documentary collections owned by it, held in the Historical Archive. Therefore, the publication of images from the documents by third parties in books, articles, journals or electronic resources, including social networks, as well as their public dissemination in exhibitions or audiovisual media, will require prior authorisation from the Archive management after filling in a specific form and paying the corresponding fees.

This procedure can be conducted directly by electronic means through the ARQUS application.

It is compulsory that their origin must be mentioned and the signature they have in the University Historical Archive must be indicated in the citations and references of the documents.
