Volunteering Troya Mentoring (VTM)
Troya Mentoring is a project to improve employability led by the ATP of the Faculty of Business Administration and Management and the Asociación Down Lugo in collaboration with different companies in the province of Lugo.
This volunteer programme is preferably aimed at students from the Faculty of Business Administration and Management who have a great capacity for learning, flexibility and teamwork skills, as well as a high level of empathy.
As mentors they will have the role of accompanying a mentee throughout the Troya Mentoring project. Through this experience you will be able to gain more knowledge about the inner workings of companies through your role as a tutor.
