The USC carries out a series of courses, conferences and workshops so that volunteers can perform a better service in the organisation with which they collaborate and achieve a greater social benefit from their activities.
In order to carry out these training actions, the USC relies on the participation of technical staff from the University Participation and Integration Service, with professionals from its academic staff and, fundamentally, with the technicians and professionals from the different charitable organisations with which it collaborates.
The training courses are academically recognised.
Quality is another of the guiding principles of the charitable actions promoted by the USC. Thus, in order to be able to improve the entire training offer conducted during the academic year, an assessment survey is given out to be completed anonymously by the participants at the end of each of the conferences, courses or training activities,
Only 10% of the total hours of the course may be missed in order to obtain the certificate of achievement. A final report of at least 400 words is compulsory. No refund of fees is possible after enrolment, except in the event the course is cancelled.
