In addition to face-to-face training in hackathon format (8 hours in a single morning and afternoon training session), the training is complemented by two online work sessions (a kick-off meeting to work on expectations and present ideas and a closing session to work on the communication plan), autonomous group work (closing of the innovative idea and preparation of the online information) and individual work (preparation of the dossier containing the different training actions and their implications for the learning process).
