The Asociación de Niños con Hiperactividad y/o Déficit de Atención (ANHIDA) (Association for Children with Attention Deficit and/or Hyperactivity Disorder) is a non-profit organisation, founded in May 2004 by a group of parents with children affected by ADHD.

ANHIDA is mainly dedicated to providing specialised care for people affected, as well as informing society about their special needs and promoting equal opportunities and better social integration.

ADHD or Attention Deficit and/or Hyperactivity Disorder is a chronic neurobiological disorder, symptomatically evolving and, in many cases, genetically transmitted. It affects 5-7% of children of school age, even reaching adulthood in approximately 60% of cases.

The association carries out various types of specialised psycho-educational interventions, as well as complementary activities, which work on the particular aspects of people with ADHD such as impulse control, attention span, improving family relationships, behavioural disorders, low self-esteem, socialisation difficulties, etc. Support is provided to these people in all areas of their lives through the multidisciplinary work carried out by the professionals: school, family, health, emotional, social, etc.
