Inaugurated in the 1989-90 academic year, it is located on the Life Campus and takes its name from the site where it is located; a place of special relevance in the history of the city of Santiago. Surrounded by green areas and sports facilities, it shares a building with the School of Optics and Optometry. Due to its location, it is a particularly convenient residence for all students studying in the faculties or university schools of the Life Campus.

Rules
- Electrical appliances in the rooms: only a small refrigerator (no more than 80 cm high, and energy rating A+ or higher) is allowed in the rooms. Appliances such as toasters, microwaves, kettles and coffee makers (except capsule coffee makers) are not allowed.
