La nueva titulación está abierta a estudiantes procedentes de las distintas ramas de bachillerato, si bien, la formación del alumnado más adecuada es la del perfil de Ciencias Sociales (RD1467/2007, BOE del 6 de noviembre, por el que se establece la estructura del bachillerato y se fijan sus enseñanzas mínimas).
Las cualidades deseables del futuro estudiante del Grado de Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos son:
- Interés por aspectos relacionados con el mundo laboral.
- Comprensión y análisis de textos.
- Buena expresión oral y escrita.
- Capacidad de síntesis y argumentación.
- Habilidad para la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
- Disposición para el trabajo en equipo.
- Constancia y responsabilidad en el trabajo
1.- El alumnado de primer curso por primera vez a tiempo completo tienen que matricular 60 créditos. Un 15% del alumnado podrá cursar estudios a tiempo parcial (30 créditos).
2.- Continuación de estudios: libre con un máximo de 75 créditos
Cada año el Centro organiza jornadas específicas respecto a las salidas profesionales. El estudiante en prácticas dispone de un tutor académico y otro en la institución de acogida. A través de las páginas web de los Centros, de la pantalla digital y de los tablones de anuncios el estudiante dispone de información completa de todo aquello que pueda afectar a su vida académica y futuro profesional.
La USC tiene un programa de alumnos tutores para las titulaciones de grao, de forma que alumnos de últimos cursos, despues de una formación que les facilita la Universidad, realizan tareas de orientación a los alumnos que inician los estudios.
Información programa alumnos tutores:
Cuando se produzca la suspensión de un Título oficial, la USC garantiza el adecuado desarrollo efectivo de las enseñanzas que hubieran iniciado sus estudiantes hasta su finalización. Para ello, el Consejo de Gobierno aprueba los criterios relacionados, entre otros, con:
• La admisión de matrículas de nuevo ingreso en la titulación.
• La supresión gradual de la impartición de la docencia.
• Si el título extinguido es sustituido por otro similar (modificando la naturaleza del título), fija las condiciones que facilitan a los/las estudiantes la continuidad de estudios en el nuevo título y las equivalencias entre las materias de uno y otro plan.
Access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is granted to students with the following degrees/ diplomas or studies, or any other recognized as equivalent to these:
A.1. Spanish Bachiller, European Baccalaureate or International Baccalaureate.
A.2. Baccalaureate from European Union Member States’ education systems or other countries withinternational agreements.
A.3. Advanced Technician in Vocational Training, Advanced Technician in Plastic Arts and Design orAdvanced Technician in Sports Education, from the Spanish Education System.
A.4.Studies carried out in European Union Member States or in other countries with international reciprocal agreements which meet the academic requirements in those States to access their university study programmes.
A.5. Official Spanish university degrees of Diplomado, Arquitecto Técnico, Ingeniero Técnico, Licenciado, Arquitecto, Ingeniero, Graduado or Máster Universitario.
A.6. Partial (foreign or Spanish) university studies.
Access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is also possible for:
B.1. People over twenty-five after successfully passing a specific access test.
B.2. People over forty with work or professional experience related to a university field of knowledge.

Likewise, access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is granted to:
C.1. People meeting the requirements to enter university according to the Spanish Education System regulations prior to Ley Orgánica 8/2013, of December 9.
The Centre has 10 lecture halls of varying capacities, 4 seminar rooms and two computer rooms for teaching, equipped with computers.
Among the specially designates areas for students, it has two internet rooms, equipped with computers, a reading room, with in excess of 130 reading stations, shared with the Faculty of Polítical and Social Sciences.
The Library of the Centre is the “Concepcion Arenal Library”, shared with the Faculty of Polítical and Social Science and the Faculty of Law. It has more than 900 reading stations. The Library has wifi network coverage throughout the building.

The principal goal of the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources is that the graduate can be an expert in the workplace and its relationships, understood these in a wide sense (namely, worker-employer legal relationships; the organization of work; management of human resources in organizations and so on). According to a multidisciplinary program, the graduate should acquire the necessary skills to:

3. To actively participate in the design and implementation of the strategy and human resources policies and the organization of work regardless the kind of organizations.
4. To provide advice, support and to formulate accurate opinions on the labor environment.
Que los estudiantes hayan demostrado poseer y comprender conocimientos en un área de estudio que parte de la base de la educación secundaria general, y se suele encontrar a un nivel que, si bien se apoya en libros de texto avanzados, incluye también algunos aspectos que implican conocimientos procedentes de la vanguardia de su campo de estudio;
Que los estudiantes sepan aplicar sus conocimientos a su trabajo o vocación de una forma profesional y posean las competencias que suelen demostrarse por medio de la elaboración y defensa de argumentos y la resolución de problemas dentro de su área de estudio;

Reconocer y relacionar los procesos de cambio social, desde una perspectiva histórica, económica y sociológica, con las innovaciones en materia de organización del trabajo y la evolución de los sistemas de relaciones laborales. (Categoría 1 MECES).
Conocer, discriminar y ser capaz de aplicar las normas laborales y de Seguridad social vigentes como base para poder asesorar y gestionar en materia de empleo, seguridad social y protección social complementaria. (Categoría 2 MECES).

Identificar, reconocer y relacionar las normas en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo que permitan diseñar, gestionar y evaluar adecuadamente los sistemas de prevención de riesgos laborales en empresas y otras organizaciones. (Categoría 2 MECES).
Analizar y aplicar las normas laborales y de la Seguridad social necesarias para actuar como mediador o árbitro en los conflictos laborales, tanto individuales como colectivos, o para dictar laudos en procesos electorales. (Categoría 3 MECES).
Comprender, relacionar y trabajar con datos y normativa diversa necesarios para apoyar, asesorar y realizar el seguimiento de la puesta en práctica de estrategias territoriales de promoción socioeconómica e inserción laboral. (Categoría 3 MECES).
Identificar, analizar y reconocer las normas jurídicas laborales y de la Seguridad social que permitan la colaboración con los órganos de la Seguridad Social y de la Administración laboral en el desarrollo de las políticas sociolaborales, así como su participación en los procedimientos de negociación colectiva . Mobility
El Centro cuenta con la colaboración de varios profesores/as que actúan como coordinadores académicos, y cuya función es autorizar y asistir en sus decisiones académicas a los estudiantes propios y de acogida. En estos profesores recaen la responsabilidad de localizar y analizar titulaciones y planes de estudio de otras Universidades, con el objeto de descubrir similitudes que permitan realizar los intercambios sólo con aquellas titulaciones cuyos contenidos se ajustan a ésta.
La movilidad de los estudiantes se realiza a partir del segundo año de estudios en la titulación, en períodos cuatrimestrales o anuales. La selección de los candidatos se lleva a cabo, para cada convocatoria o programa, por una Comisión de Selección, compuesta por el director, la responsable de la UAGCD (Unidad de apoyo a la gestión de centros y departamentos) y los/as coordinadores académicos, de acuerdo con los criterios de baremación, previamente establecidos, que tienen en cuenta el expediente académico, una memoria y, en su caso, las competencias en idiomas que exige la Universidad de destino.
La movilidad de los/as estudiantes está regulada a través del “Reglamento de intercambios interuniversitarios”. A través de la Oficina de Relaciones Exteriores se gestionan programas de intercambio tanto nacionales (SICUE), como europeos (ERASMUS) y extracomunitarios (intercambios con países de América Latina o países de habla inglesa):
Internships
Consonte el art. 12.8 del RD 1393/2007 podrán ser reconocidos hasta un máximo de 6 ECTS.
- Para poder inscribirse en el Trabajo de Fin de Grado el estudiante deberá de haber superado 150 créditos de carácter obligatorios. De acuerdo con los objetivos establecidos en esta materia, de carácter obligatorio, los estudiantes deberán realizar y presentar un trabajo en el que demuestren las competencias adquiridas a lo largo de los cuatro años de estudios. El Centro hará cada curso una oferta de trabajos/tutores.

La nueva titulación está abierta a estudiantes procedentes de las distintas ramas de bachillerato, si bien, la formación del alumnado más adecuada es la del perfil de Ciencias Sociales (RD1467/2007, BOE del 6 de noviembre, por el que se establece la estructura del bachillerato y se fijan sus enseñanzas mínimas).
Las cualidades deseables del futuro estudiante del Grado de Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos son:
- Interés por aspectos relacionados con el mundo laboral.
- Comprensión y análisis de textos.
- Buena expresión oral y escrita.
- Capacidad de síntesis y argumentación.
- Habilidad para la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
- Disposición para el trabajo en equipo.
- Constancia y responsabilidad en el trabajo
1.- El alumnado de primer curso por primera vez a tiempo completo tienen que matricular 60 créditos. Un 15% del alumnado podrá cursar estudios a tiempo parcial (30 créditos).
2.- Continuación de estudios: libre con un máximo de 75 créditos
Cada año el Centro organiza jornadas específicas respecto a las salidas profesionales. El estudiante en prácticas dispone de un tutor académico y otro en la institución de acogida. A través de las páginas web de los Centros, de la pantalla digital y de los tablones de anuncios el estudiante dispone de información completa de todo aquello que pueda afectar a su vida académica y futuro profesional.
La USC tiene un programa de alumnos tutores para las titulaciones de grao, de forma que alumnos de últimos cursos, despues de una formación que les facilita la Universidad, realizan tareas de orientación a los alumnos que inician los estudios.
Información programa alumnos tutores:
Cuando se produzca la suspensión de un Título oficial, la USC garantiza el adecuado desarrollo efectivo de las enseñanzas que hubieran iniciado sus estudiantes hasta su finalización. Para ello, el Consejo de Gobierno aprueba los criterios relacionados, entre otros, con:
• La admisión de matrículas de nuevo ingreso en la titulación.
• La supresión gradual de la impartición de la docencia.
• Si el título extinguido es sustituido por otro similar (modificando la naturaleza del título), fija las condiciones que facilitan a los/las estudiantes la continuidad de estudios en el nuevo título y las equivalencias entre las materias de uno y otro plan.
Access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is granted to students with the following degrees/ diplomas or studies, or any other recognized as equivalent to these:
A.1. Spanish Bachiller, European Baccalaureate or International Baccalaureate.
A.2. Baccalaureate from European Union Member States’ education systems or other countries withinternational agreements.
A.3. Advanced Technician in Vocational Training, Advanced Technician in Plastic Arts and Design orAdvanced Technician in Sports Education, from the Spanish Education System.
A.4.Studies carried out in European Union Member States or in other countries with international reciprocal agreements which meet the academic requirements in those States to access their university study programmes.
A.5. Official Spanish university degrees of Diplomado, Arquitecto Técnico, Ingeniero Técnico, Licenciado, Arquitecto, Ingeniero, Graduado or Máster Universitario.
A.6. Partial (foreign or Spanish) university studies.
Access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is also possible for:
B.1. People over twenty-five after successfully passing a specific access test.
B.2. People over forty with work or professional experience related to a university field of knowledge.

Likewise, access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is granted to:
C.1. People meeting the requirements to enter university according to the Spanish Education System regulations prior to Ley Orgánica 8/2013, of December 9.
The Centre has 10 lecture halls of varying capacities, 4 seminar rooms and two computer rooms for teaching, equipped with computers.
Among the specially designates areas for students, it has two internet rooms, equipped with computers, a reading room, with in excess of 130 reading stations, shared with the Faculty of Polítical and Social Sciences.
The Library of the Centre is the “Concepcion Arenal Library”, shared with the Faculty of Polítical and Social Science and the Faculty of Law. It has more than 900 reading stations. The Library has wifi network coverage throughout the building.
1. The principal goal of the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources is that the graduate can be an expert in the workplace and its relationships, understood these in a wide sense (namely, worker-employer legal relationships; the organization of work; management of human resources in organizations and so on). According to a multidisciplinary program, the graduate should acquire the necessary skills to:
2. Be proficient as a Social Graduate.
3. To actively participate in the design and implementation of the strategy and human resources policies and the organization of work regardless the kind of organizations.
4. To provide advice, support and to formulate accurate opinions on the labor environment.
Que los estudiantes hayan demostrado poseer y comprender conocimientos en un área de estudio que parte de la base de la educación secundaria general, y se suele encontrar a un nivel que, si bien se apoya en libros de texto avanzados, incluye también algunos aspectos que implican conocimientos procedentes de la vanguardia de su campo de estudio;
Que los estudiantes sepan aplicar sus conocimientos a su trabajo o vocación de una forma profesional y posean las competencias que suelen demostrarse por medio de la elaboración y defensa de argumentos y la resolución de problemas dentro de su área de estudio;

Mobility
El Centro cuenta con la colaboración de varios profesores/as que actúan como coordinadores académicos, y cuya función es autorizar y asistir en sus decisiones académicas a los estudiantes propios y de acogida. En estos profesores recaen la responsabilidad de localizar y analizar titulaciones y planes de estudio de otras Universidades, con el objeto de descubrir similitudes que permitan realizar los intercambios sólo con aquellas titulaciones cuyos contenidos se ajustan a ésta.
La movilidad de los estudiantes se realiza a partir del segundo año de estudios en la titulación, en períodos cuatrimestrales o anuales. La selección de los candidatos se lleva a cabo, para cada convocatoria o programa, por una Comisión de Selección, compuesta por el director, la responsable de la UAGCD (Unidad de apoyo a la gestión de centros y departamentos) y los/as coordinadores académicos, de acuerdo con los criterios de baremación, previamente establecidos, que tienen en cuenta el expediente académico, una memoria y, en su caso, las competencias en idiomas que exige la Universidad de destino.
La movilidad de los/as estudiantes está regulada a través del “Reglamento de intercambios interuniversitarios”. A través de la Oficina de Relaciones Exteriores se gestionan programas de intercambio tanto nacionales (SICUE), como europeos (ERASMUS) y extracomunitarios (intercambios con países de América Latina o países de habla inglesa):
Internships
Consonte el art. 12.8 del RD 1393/2007 podrán ser reconocidos hasta un máximo de 6 ECTS.
- Para poder inscribirse en el Trabajo de Fin de Grado el estudiante deberá de haber superado 150 créditos de carácter obligatorios. De acuerdo con los objetivos establecidos en esta materia, de carácter obligatorio, los estudiantes deberán realizar y presentar un trabajo en el que demuestren las competencias adquiridas a lo largo de los cuatro años de estudios. El Centro hará cada curso una oferta de trabajos/tutores.
The bridging course for the Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources will last for one academic year.
Diploma holders in Labour Relations will have to take the following compulsory subjects, with a total of 40 credits. Diploma or Degree holders in Labour Relations and Law will have to take the following subjects, with a total of 63 credits.
