The Faculty of Geography and History was created in 1975 from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters founded in 1922. It currently hosts 4 Degrees and 7 Master’s Degrees. Three departments provide teaching support for these degrees along with the activity of 22 research groups. The education is completed with 3 PhD Programmes: History, History of Art and Geography; Medieval Studies and Contemporary History, dependent on EDIUS.
