Summary
This work focuses on the analysis of the phenomenon of the extreme right in Spain, taking Vox and the 23J General Elections as a case study. As a theoretical basis, different terms are taken as reference with which the phenomenon of the extreme right has been called, the different waves that occurred in Europe and a series of theories that explain the vote for these political parties. There is a brief exposition of the origins of the contemporary extreme right in Spain and a chronology with the most important moments in the history of Vox, which include the last three general elections. For the methodology, a quantitative approach is used by carrying out a statistical analysis of Study 3420-Barometer of September 2023. Post-electoral General Elections 2023 of the CIS. The success of Vox responds to a combination of economic and sociodemographic factors, but above all to the political predispositions of citizens.

Summary
The constant success of the BNG in successive regional elections has led many authors to become interested in the source of this success and in the woman who led this success, Ana Pontón. This research will seek to analyse the candidate's campaign speech in the regional elections of 2016, 2020 and 2024. To do this, we will use critical discourse analysis (CDA) and complement this with three interviews with the candidate Ana Pontón, the coordinator of the BNG communication area Xavier Campos and the coordinator of the 2016, 2020 and 2024 BNG campaigns Rubén Cela. From this research we can talk about feminism and political change (construction of the alternative) as keys in Ana Pontón's campaign speech, also being able to highlight the importance of emotions in order to better connect with the voter and the use of discursive resources to support the arguments of the speech.

Summary
Recently, the degree of animosity between the supporters of the parties that make up the Spanish political system has increased notably. On this basis, this paper analyses the evolution of the three elements that form political polarization, i.e. ideological extremism, ideological polarization and affective polarization. Based on the calculation of indicators for the evaluation of these components, the bibliographical review of the subject under study and the consequent explanation of the characteristics of the Spanish political system and its corresponding media system, an analysis is presented that shows high levels of polarization within the Spanish electorate. Likewise, the results of each indicator have been segmented for each one of the main parties throughout the period analysed, which has allowed for a more exhaustive study of the phenomenon.
