9. Manage training groups, the techniques and instruments of programming, group dynamics and the techniques of group work.
10. Manage fluently the theoretic bases and practical applications of the main instrumental supports of the Social Work.
11. Recognise adequately the bases of the local, autonomic, state, community and international legal system.
12. Apply a scientific culture related to the use of the Social Science epistemology and the social research: Quantitative and qualitative processes of research and social investigation techniques.
13. Understand the main strategies for the resolution of conflicts using mediation.
14. Have a basic understanding of information technologies and communications applied to Social Work.
15. Incorporate and assume the respect of the fundamental rights and of equal opportunities between men and women, equal opportunities and universal accessibility of disabled people, and the values of a culture of peace and democracy.
