Este Doble Grado contempla tres itinerarios que permiten, partiendo de una única mención en el Grado de Ingeniería Forestal y del Medio Natural (Explotaciones Forestais) conseguir tres Menciones diferentes en el Grado en Ingeniería Agrícola y Agroalimentaria: Explotaciones Agropecuarias; Hortofruticultura y Jardinería, y Mecanización y Construcciones Rurales. La justificación de no contemplar la mención de Industrias Forestales, en el Grado en Ingeniería Forestal y del Medio Natural y la mención de Industrias Agrarias y Alimentarias en el Grado en Ingeniería Agrícola y Agroalimentaria es facilitar un diseño curricular acomodado que permita conseguir todas las competencias de la actividad profesional regulada correspondiente al itinerario sucesivo:
Ingeniero Técnico Forestal especialidad Explotaciones Forestales
Ingeniero Técnico Agrícola, especialidades:
-Explotaciones Agropecuarias
-Hortofruticultura y Jardinería
-Mecanización y Construcciones Rurales.
La propuesta contempla 5 cursos académicos con un total de 339 ECTS a superar en el Doble Grado para los tres itinerarios propuestos, cada uno de ellos con una carga diferente de ECTS optativos vinculados de mención y de ECTS optativos libres.

1.- El alumnado de primer curso por primera vez a tiempo completo tienen que matricular 60 créditos. Un 15% del alumnado podrá cursar estudios a tiempo parcial (30 créditos).
2.- Continuación de estudios: libre con un máximo de 75 créditos
La USC tiene un programa de alumnos tutores para las titulaciones de grao, de forma que alumnos de últimos cursos, despues de una formación que les facilita la Universidad, realizan tareas de orientación a los alumnos que inician los estudios.
Información programa alumnos tutores:
Cuando se produzca la suspensión de un Título oficial, la USC garantiza el adecuado desarrollo efectivo de las enseñanzas que hubieran iniciado sus estudiantes hasta su finalización. Para ello, el Consejo de Gobierno aprueba los criterios relacionados, entre otros, con:
• La admisión de matrículas de nuevo ingreso en la titulación.
• La supresión gradual de la impartición de la docencia.
• Si el título extinguido es sustituido por otro similar (modificando la naturaleza del título), fija las condiciones que facilitan a los/las estudiantes la continuidad de estudios en el nuevo título y las equivalencias entre las materias de uno y otro plan.
Access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is granted to students with the following degrees/ diplomas or studies, or any other recognized as equivalent to these:
A.1. Spanish Bachiller, European Baccalaureate or International Baccalaureate.
A.2. Baccalaureate from European Union Member States’ education systems or other countries withinternational agreements.
A.3. Advanced Technician in Vocational Training, Advanced Technician in Plastic Arts and Design orAdvanced Technician in Sports Education, from the Spanish Education System.
A.4.Studies carried out in European Union Member States or in other countries with international reciprocal agreements which meet the academic requirements in those States to access their university study programmes.
A.5. Official Spanish university degrees of Diplomado, Arquitecto Técnico, Ingeniero Técnico, Licenciado, Arquitecto, Ingeniero, Graduado or Máster Universitario.
A.6. Partial (foreign or Spanish) university studies.
Access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is also possible for:
B.1. People over twenty-five after successfully passing a specific access test.
B.2. People over forty with work or professional experience related to a university field of knowledge.
B.3. People over forty-five after successfully passing a specific access test.
Likewise, access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is granted to:
C.1. People meeting the requirements to enter university according to the Spanish Education System regulations prior to Ley Orgánica 8/2013, of December 9.
The institution has 18 classrooms for general use, 6 seminar rooms, and 6 computer labs for teaching purposes. It also has 18 laboratories and 8 workshops, 2 graphic expression classrooms and 1 topography seminar room. It is worth highlighting that there is a property for hands-on training affiliated to the institution for use by degrees related to the fields of agriculture and forestry.
The areas available for students include a computer lab with free access and Wi-Fi connection from all points in the institution.
The Lugo University Campus Library service is centralised in one single building known as «Biblioteca Intercentros» attached to the institution. It provides over 1600 seats for students to work or carry out their research in 9 rooms, including a room for group work.
El medio rural gallego demanda profesionales con conocimientos de los dos campos ya que la gestión de las explotaciones comporta en la mayoría de los casos aprovechamiento mixtos: agrícolas, ganaderos, silvopastorales y forestales. En un porcentaje significativo, profesionales de las dos ramas, agrícola y forestal, se dedican a realizar proyectos de gestión del medio natural indistintamente. En este sentido, los objetivos son:
1. Formar egresados con capacidades tanto en el campo de la producción agraria como forestal que respondan a los intereses diversos del ámbito agroforestal o rural.
2. Ofertar un itinerario atractivo para aquellos estudiantes que deseen formarse en la gestión y en la ordenación del territorio rural desde una perspectiva multifuncional.
Que los estudiantes hayan demostrado poseer y comprender conocimientos en un área de estudio que parte de la base de la educación secundaria general, y se suele encontrar a un nivel que, si bien se apoya en libros de texto avanzados, incluye también algunos aspectos que implican conocimientos procedentes de la vanguardia de su campo de estudio;
Que los estudiantes sepan aplicar sus conocimientos a su trabajo o vocación de una forma profesional y posean las competencias que suelen demostrarse por medio de la elaboración y defensa de argumentos y la resolución de problemas dentro de su área de estudio;
Que los estudiantes tengan la capacidad de reunir e interpretar datos relevantes (normalmente dentro de su área de estudio) para emitir juicios que incluyan una reflexión sobre temas relevantes de índole social, científica o ética;
Que los estudiantes puedan transmitir información, ideas, problemas y soluciones a un público tanto especializado como no especializado;
Que los estudiantes hayan desarrollado aquellas habilidades de aprendizaje necesarias para emprender estudios posteriores con un alto grado de autonomía.

Mobility
La movilidad de los/as estudiantes está regulada a través del “Reglamento de intercambios interuniversitarios”. A través de la Oficina de Relaciones Exteriores se gestionan programas de intercambio tanto nacionales (SICUE), como europeos (ERASMUS) y extracomunitarios (intercambios con países de América Latina o países de habla inglesa):

Se realizarán dos Trabajos Fin de Grado, con un contenido de 12 ECTS cada uno de ellos, de tal manera que cada TFG pueda abarcar las competencias y contenidos de la titulación correspondiente.
Las dos titulaciones son habilitantes para el desempeño de una profesión y el TFG es un ejercicio original individual que debe defenderse ante un tribunal universitario, que consiste en un proyecto en el ámbito de las tecnologías específicas de la Ingeniería Agrícola (Explotaciones Agropecuarias; Hortofruticultura y Xardinería, y Mecanización y Construcciones Rurales), y Forestal (Explotaciones Forestales) respectivamente, de naturaleza profesional en el que se sinteticen e integren las competencias adquiridas en las enseñanzas.
Esto significa que el TFG debe contemplar no sólo las competencias del grado sino también las competencias de la mención, o especialidad cursada, por lo que en esta Doble Titulacións se hace necesario realizar dos TFG.

Professional qualification:
This qualification enables the exercise of the regulated professions of Technical Agricultural Engineer and Technical Forestry Engineer.
This simultaneous study programme offers the possibility of obtaining two degrees in 5 academic years: the Degree in Agricultural and Agri-food Engineering and the Degree in Forestry and Natural Environment Engineering. They respectively prepare students to carry out the regulated professions of Technical Agricultural Engineer and Technical Forestry Engineer, providing them with all the professional attributes recognised by the current legislation. These degrees are recognised in Europe because they are adapted to the European Higher Education Area.
Both degrees belong to the same field of knowledge: Engineering and Architecture. They also share educational contents, which facilitates the feasibility of a common pathway to obtain the competencies that correspond to both degrees.

Este Doble Grado contempla tres itinerarios que permiten, partiendo de una única mención en el Grado de Ingeniería Forestal y del Medio Natural (Explotaciones Forestais) conseguir tres Menciones diferentes en el Grado en Ingeniería Agrícola y Agroalimentaria: Explotaciones Agropecuarias; Hortofruticultura y Jardinería, y Mecanización y Construcciones Rurales. La justificación de no contemplar la mención de Industrias Forestales, en el Grado en Ingeniería Forestal y del Medio Natural y la mención de Industrias Agrarias y Alimentarias en el Grado en Ingeniería Agrícola y Agroalimentaria es facilitar un diseño curricular acomodado que permita conseguir todas las competencias de la actividad profesional regulada correspondiente al itinerario sucesivo:
Ingeniero Técnico Forestal especialidad Explotaciones Forestales
Ingeniero Técnico Agrícola, especialidades:
-Explotaciones Agropecuarias
-Hortofruticultura y Jardinería
-Mecanización y Construcciones Rurales.
La propuesta contempla 5 cursos académicos con un total de 339 ECTS a superar en el Doble Grado para los tres itinerarios propuestos, cada uno de ellos con una carga diferente de ECTS optativos vinculados de mención y de ECTS optativos libres.

1.- El alumnado de primer curso por primera vez a tiempo completo tienen que matricular 60 créditos. Un 15% del alumnado podrá cursar estudios a tiempo parcial (30 créditos).
2.- Continuación de estudios: libre con un máximo de 75 créditos
La USC tiene un programa de alumnos tutores para las titulaciones de grao, de forma que alumnos de últimos cursos, despues de una formación que les facilita la Universidad, realizan tareas de orientación a los alumnos que inician los estudios.
Información programa alumnos tutores:
Cuando se produzca la suspensión de un Título oficial, la USC garantiza el adecuado desarrollo efectivo de las enseñanzas que hubieran iniciado sus estudiantes hasta su finalización. Para ello, el Consejo de Gobierno aprueba los criterios relacionados, entre otros, con:
• La admisión de matrículas de nuevo ingreso en la titulación.
• La supresión gradual de la impartición de la docencia.
• Si el título extinguido es sustituido por otro similar (modificando la naturaleza del título), fija las condiciones que facilitan a los/las estudiantes la continuidad de estudios en el nuevo título y las equivalencias entre las materias de uno y otro plan.
Access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is granted to students with the following degrees/ diplomas or studies, or any other recognized as equivalent to these:
A.1. Spanish Bachiller, European Baccalaureate or International Baccalaureate.
A.2. Baccalaureate from European Union Member States’ education systems or other countries withinternational agreements.
A.3. Advanced Technician in Vocational Training, Advanced Technician in Plastic Arts and Design orAdvanced Technician in Sports Education, from the Spanish Education System.
A.4.Studies carried out in European Union Member States or in other countries with international reciprocal agreements which meet the academic requirements in those States to access their university study programmes.
A.5. Official Spanish university degrees of Diplomado, Arquitecto Técnico, Ingeniero Técnico, Licenciado, Arquitecto, Ingeniero, Graduado or Máster Universitario.
A.6. Partial (foreign or Spanish) university studies.
Access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is also possible for:
B.1. People over twenty-five after successfully passing a specific access test.
B.2. People over forty with work or professional experience related to a university field of knowledge.
B.3. People over forty-five after successfully passing a specific access test.
Likewise, access to Bachelor’s Degree programmes is granted to:
C.1. People meeting the requirements to enter university according to the Spanish Education System regulations prior to Ley Orgánica 8/2013, of December 9.
The institution has 18 classrooms for general use, 6 seminar rooms, and 6 computer labs for teaching purposes. It also has 18 laboratories and 8 workshops, 2 graphic expression classrooms and 1 topography seminar room. It is worth highlighting that there is a property for hands-on training affiliated to the institution for use by degrees related to the fields of agriculture and forestry.
The areas available for students include a computer lab with free access and Wi-Fi connection from all points in the institution.
The Lugo University Campus Library service is centralised in one single building known as «Biblioteca Intercentros» attached to the institution. It provides over 1600 seats for students to work or carry out their research in 9 rooms, including a room for group work.
El medio rural gallego demanda profesionales con conocimientos de los dos campos ya que la gestión de las explotaciones comporta en la mayoría de los casos aprovechamiento mixtos: agrícolas, ganaderos, silvopastorales y forestales. En un porcentaje significativo, profesionales de las dos ramas, agrícola y forestal, se dedican a realizar proyectos de gestión del medio natural indistintamente. En este sentido, los objetivos son:
1. Formar egresados con capacidades tanto en el campo de la producción agraria como forestal que respondan a los intereses diversos del ámbito agroforestal o rural.
2. Ofertar un itinerario atractivo para aquellos estudiantes que deseen formarse en la gestión y en la ordenación del territorio rural desde una perspectiva multifuncional.
Que los estudiantes hayan demostrado poseer y comprender conocimientos en un área de estudio que parte de la base de la educación secundaria general, y se suele encontrar a un nivel que, si bien se apoya en libros de texto avanzados, incluye también algunos aspectos que implican conocimientos procedentes de la vanguardia de su campo de estudio;
Que los estudiantes sepan aplicar sus conocimientos a su trabajo o vocación de una forma profesional y posean las competencias que suelen demostrarse por medio de la elaboración y defensa de argumentos y la resolución de problemas dentro de su área de estudio;
Que los estudiantes tengan la capacidad de reunir e interpretar datos relevantes (normalmente dentro de su área de estudio) para emitir juicios que incluyan una reflexión sobre temas relevantes de índole social, científica o ética;
Que los estudiantes puedan transmitir información, ideas, problemas y soluciones a un público tanto especializado como no especializado;
Que los estudiantes hayan desarrollado aquellas habilidades de aprendizaje necesarias para emprender estudios posteriores con un alto grado de autonomía.

Mobility
La movilidad de los/as estudiantes está regulada a través del “Reglamento de intercambios interuniversitarios”. A través de la Oficina de Relaciones Exteriores se gestionan programas de intercambio tanto nacionales (SICUE), como europeos (ERASMUS) y extracomunitarios (intercambios con países de América Latina o países de habla inglesa):

Se realizarán dos Trabajos Fin de Grado, con un contenido de 12 ECTS cada uno de ellos, de tal manera que cada TFG pueda abarcar las competencias y contenidos de la titulación correspondiente.
Las dos titulaciones son habilitantes para el desempeño de una profesión y el TFG es un ejercicio original individual que debe defenderse ante un tribunal universitario, que consiste en un proyecto en el ámbito de las tecnologías específicas de la Ingeniería Agrícola (Explotaciones Agropecuarias; Hortofruticultura y Xardinería, y Mecanización y Construcciones Rurales), y Forestal (Explotaciones Forestales) respectivamente, de naturaleza profesional en el que se sinteticen e integren las competencias adquiridas en las enseñanzas.
Esto significa que el TFG debe contemplar no sólo las competencias del grado sino también las competencias de la mención, o especialidad cursada, por lo que en esta Doble Titulacións se hace necesario realizar dos TFG.
